BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Stephen Amell Says He's Done With The Arrow Suit

We analyze Amell's comment and the revelation after the jump. WARNING: This story contains spoilers. Story by Matt Cummings As the CW's Arrow bowed out last week to end Season 3, a ton of questions were raised about what lies in store for Season 4, some of them causing quite the stir on the Interwebs. For one, the episode - titled, My Name is Oliver Queen - showed The Arrow (Stephen Amell) walking away from both the title of Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins as well as his hero persona. The episode felt like a series finale, as Queen/Arrow/the former Ras drove off into the sunset with long-time friend/now lover Felicity Smoke (Emily Bett Rickards). But questions remain. We know Arrow is returning next year with Amell, and with Damien Dahrk poised as the next bad guy Queen will take on, it shouldn't be too long before we see Oliver put on the green suit once again. But in doing so, that could undo all of the events of Season 3, in which t

Network Pilot Season Has Begun

The Big 5 deciding what they expect us to watch this fall. By Brandon Wolfe Pilot season has commenced as the networks have begun their first round of pickups. NBC has ordered the dramas The Player , Chicago Med , Blindspot and Heartbreaker to series. Also in contention are Warrior , Game of Silence , The Curse of the Fuentes Women and Love Is a Four Letter Word . The network is really pinning its rebirth hopes on drama rather than comedy, the genre upon which it built an empire in the ‘80s and ‘90s. The crop given the go-ahead today will join fellow dramas Shades of Blue , Emerald City and pointless reboot/event series Heroes: Reborn in the fall. On the comedy front, NBC has a number of prospects, including Superstore , Strange Calls , People Are Talking , a pointless small-screen reboot of Problem Child , How We Live and Cuckoo . Already ordered are Telenovela starring Eva Longoria and, yet one more pointless reboot, Coach . Fox will be adding its television adapt

All Superhero Movies to 2020

We have the final, final, final version of the list. Story by Matt Cummings With the sudden announcement of the Sony/Marvel Spider-man deal back in February , the entire Marvel calendar was upended, pushing titles back and others out of the way. We wrote about this back when the news broke , but it's clear that the situation hadn't exactly settled. The addition of 2016's Gambit hadn't yet been figured out, which caused yet another wave of bloggers to hit the UPDATE button on their old stories. But it doesn't end there. Other news - such as the lackluster performance of The Amazing Spider-man 2 which forced Sony to seek out a co-partner in Marvel in the first place - also changed Sony's plans regarding Drew Goddard's Sinister Six , effectively ending its development for the time being. Not one to be left out, the all-new DCCU (DC Cinematic Universe) is also vying for our hearts (and wallets), and with news on that front happening nearly ev

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Spin-Off Being Developed

Marvel series to open another espionage branch. By Brandon Wolfe As the old saying goes, if something’s irreparably broke, make more of it, and thus Marvel is making plans for a spin-off to perennial televised disappointment Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Executive producer Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zbyszewski are developing the new show, which will not be instigated as a back-door pilot by the parent series, in the manner that The Flash was birthed from Arrow . The concept behind S.H.I.E.L.D. 2 has yet to be revealed, but given that the current storyline in the existing series has introduced a second branch of the spy agency led by Edward James Olmos, there is some speculation that the seeds for the spin-off may have already been planted. 'The Flash' Reveals Reverse-Flash Image

Tom Cavanagh raises the stakes in this promo image. Story by Matt Cummings Although CW's The Flash is on a Spring hiatus, fans have been treated to news aplenty, inclduing a spinoff . But the first-season story of the Scarlet Speedster isn't quite done, as fans await the final episodes, which will most likely deal with Barry Allen’s pursuit of time travel technology. As you know, this is the only way that his mother - who was killed in the opening episode - might be rescued. Standing in the way of that is Flash's nemesis Reverse-Flash, played by Tom Cavanagh , who also plays Barry's mentor Dr. Harrison Wells. This relationship is about to get a severe test, as recent trailers show that Reverse Flash announces his appearance to none other than his own Star Labs staff. How this will affect Allen and TeamFlash is yet to be determined, but today we took one step closer to seeing the epic battle play out. CW has released a nearly full-body image of Revers

5 Big Questions We Have About Reverse Flash

The release of Reverse Flash's costume has us asking tough questions. Story by Matt Cummings With the first quality image arriving on Friday of Tom Cavanagh as The Reverse Flash, reaction has been generally positive about the general direction which the show is headed. But questions have lingered all season about the motives of Reverse Flash/Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh), all of which have bubbled back to the surface. With a lack of answers from CW, we dare to ask the 5 big questions about Reverse Flash and his future role. 1. Why is Wells helping Barry Allen? For reasons unbeknownst to us, the idea of helping the one person who is your mortal enemy to improve seems like a frankly idiotic plan. And yet, that is exactly what Wells and his team at Star Labs has been doing for most of Season 1. With Barry continuing to improve, why is Wells pushing his young protege only to fight him later. Is he hoping for a real fight this time? It's a question that only t
