BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

First Look At 'GUNPOWDER MILKSHAKE' Featuring All-Star Female Cast

Sam ( Karen Gillan ) was only 12 years old when her mother Scarlet ( Lena Headey ), an elite assassin, was forced to abandon her. Sam was raised by The Firm, the ruthless crime syndicate her mother worked for. Now, 15 years later, Sam has followed in her mother’s footsteps and grown into a fierce hit-woman. She uses her “talents” to clean up The Firm’s most dangerous messes. She’s as efficient as she is loyal.  But when a high-risk job goes wrong, Sam must choose between serving The Firm and protecting the life of an innocent 8-year-old girl – Emily ( Chloe Colemaan ). With a target on her back, Sam has only one chance to survive: Reunite with her mother and her lethal associates: The Librarians ( Angela Bassett, Michelle Yeoh and Carla Gugino ). These three generations of women must now learn to trust each other, stand up to The Firm and their army of henchmen, and raise hell against those who could take everything from them.  Discuss this with fellow SJF fans on Facebook . Lena Headey To Star In Gunpowder Milkshake

Whether or not Cersei Lannister ends up ruling on Game Of Thrones, the woman who plays her is already looking for her own new job. Lena Headey 's joining Karen Gillan in Gunpowder Milkshake . Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado will co-direct the movie, working from a script they co-wrote with Ehud Lavski. While the story is mostly still being kept under wraps, it'll chronicle hired killers, following multiple generations with Gillan as the cornerstone of the plot. Deadline's report offers no details as to what Headey will be doing in the film, but we're hoping for badassery. Shooting on this one should kick off this spring in Berlin, while Headey will next be seen on the big screen in wrestling biopic Fighting With My Family, due on the 27th of this month. That's followed by the much-anticipated return of Thrones for its final season, and you can find out more about that right here. Discuss this with fellow SJF fans on Facebook .
