Saturday Comic Con Schedule Up

Here is Saturdays Comic Con schedule. I am not to excited about the morning events. But in the afternoon it sure does get better. Heroes panel not going to be in Hall H this year? Kind of weird. So that means wasting my whole day outside of the Hilton Bayfront . Or do I make the choice and not go so I can stand in line all day to see the Iron Man 2 Panel. Choices they suck. So here are some of the highlights for that day. Again check back once they have announced the entire panel listing for. The most Ballsy Panel List that I will be putting to get here. If you would like to see the entire schedule please visit comic-con.org Saturday- 10:00-11:00 Marvel: "Hero Up" with The Super Hero Squad Show! — Marvel's first action-comedy series is a manic, mind-blowing, all-ages romp through the Marvel Universe. Disney's D23 to Be At Comic Con this Year!

Disney is going to have a HUGE impact on San Diego Comic Con this year. The fantastic intersection of Disney creativity and science-fiction imagination will be the focus of D23’s first-ever appearance at San Diego Comic-Con from July 23 to July 26, and D23: The Official Community for Disney Fans has been developing unique plans for its debut at the popular annual convention. At Booth 3917 on the Comic-Con floor, D23 will present a display of costumes and props from Disney’s classic sci-fi and fantasy films, including The Rocketeer , The Black Hole , Condorman , Sky High and 1982’s landmark Tron . This “Heroic and Robotic” exhibition has been created exclusively for Comic-Con International 2009. Comic-Con attendees who also are members of Disney’s rapidly growing D23 – or who sign up during the four days of Comic-Con – can receive a free, exclusive lithograph by Disney master artist Dave Pacheco, which celebrates famous Disney robots. Ryan Reynolds as The Green Lantern?

So is this a rumor or true? I wouldn't mind seeing Ryan Reynolds as The Green Lantern , and I am sure my wife wouldn't mind either. I have always like him since his days in Van Wilder then moving on to Blade. And I really feel he was the best part in Wolverine. After an intense months-long search, Warner Bros. has settled on Ryan Reynolds as its choice to play “Green Lantern,” the studio’s live-action tent pole based on the DC Comics hero. The film is being directed by Martin Campbell and produced by Donald De Line and Greg Berlanti. Reynolds and his camp entered negotiations for the part Friday, after the studio held two rounds of screen tests, along with actors Bradley Cooper and Jared Leto. Justin Timberlake also did a screen test. . The studio had holding options on the actors, but, except for Reynolds, those expired Monday. Reynolds’ option would have expired end of day Friday. One reason for the long search was De Line, Campbell and the studio each had a different favorit

UPDATE:Twilight Panel Moved to Different time.

I guess Comic Con does listen to the fans. The Twilight New moon panel has been moved up in time. The reason behind this is to clear out Hall H with all the Twilight Fanatics. This is a good thing it will clear out A LOT of people that were there just sitting threw panels to get to Twilight. And free up seats for the next panel. They also moved the Panel for James Cameron's Avatar to 3pm. So this might be a bad thing if you don't like Twilight or yelling women. You'll have to sit threw this to see Avatar. Make sure you bring ear plugs. Thursday- 1:45-2:45 Summit Entertainment— Summit Entertainment presents a sneak peek of exclusive footage of some of its upcoming major film releases! The Twilight Saga: New Moon— Summit Entertainment is proud to present the panel for The Twilight Saga: New Moon , the highly anticipated sequel to last year's box office smash Twilight . Surprise members of the cast will answer your questions about the second film
