BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

THE ONE AND ONLY IVAN TO PREMIERE EXCLUSIVELY ON DISNEY+ AUGUST 21st

The Walt Disney Studios announced today that the heartwarming adventure “ The One and Only Ivan ,” an adaptation of the bestselling, award-winning book about one very special gorilla directed by Thea Sharrock, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ August 21, 2020. The film, which was previously scheduled to be released theatrically by The Walt Disney Studios, is an unforgettable tale about the beauty of friendship, the power of visualization and the significance of the place one calls home. “The One and Only Ivan,” which comes to the screen in an impressive hybrid of live-action and CGI, is based on Katherine Applegate’s book, which won numerous awards upon its publication in 2013, including the Newbery Medal. “The world has changed in a heartbeat. People all over the globe have shared important, life changing experiences in ways we have not seen for a century,” said Thea Sharrock. “In response to this, I am so happy that we can share Katherine Applegate’s delightful and original

TV Review: #IronFist Hardcore enough to sit through

Hardcore enough to sit through Rama is back. Here’s my review of Marvel’s new Netflix series, “ Iron Fist ,” and since I didn’t grow up reading Roy Thomas and Gil Kane’s comic books, nor was I familiar with it, this review is more from the perspective of a fan who’s binge-watched all 13 episodes as opposed to making comparisons and trying to finding out whether or not the adaptation is faithful to the material. Let me just say that of all the shows that Marvel Television and Netflix have given us since this whole ambitious “Defenders” plan started, my favorite remains “Jessica Jones,” and although “Iron Fist” is not their best work, it’s still engaging and hardcore enough to sit through. Finn Jones plays Danny Rand, a man who for fifteen years has been presumed dead in a plane crash. His parents died in the crash, he ended up in a monastery where he received training. He returns to New York City to reclaim his birthright, to reconnect with his past. There he also meets Jessica

Exclusive Transformers 3 Set Photos By: Windy

Exclusive Transformers 3 Set Photos By: Windy Our very own Tracy has got us some  Exclusive set photos from the upcoming Transformers 3 set. Head over to her site to view the rest of the pictures and her exclusive story. And stop by on Twitter and thank her for the Exclusive photos. As you may have seen me tweet earlier in the week, Chicago was given advance notice of street closures due to the filming of "Transformers 3" in the business district. So, I grabbed my camera and headed out. The streets where filming takes place are blocked off at least one block away on all sides and filming goes on for about a mile straight. Catching the actors (Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel) is tricky. There are no robots to be seen, but the cars that turn into Transformers are roaming the streets ( check out the picture below )! I'm still looking for Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee... Oh, and with some sleuth city maneuvering, I found the hidden trailer lot. Apparently LaS

Transformers 3 Plot Line And Of Course In 3D

Transformers 3 Plot Line And Of Course In 3D With shooting underway on a third movie and plans to debut next summer, Michael Bay and Co. acknowledge missteps with the last one and aim to upgrade the shape-shifting robot franchise with a more coherent story, less goofball humor and a pledge that characters who die will stay dead. It will also be in 3-D. "I'll take some of the criticism," says Bay, standing at a set built to resemble a dilapidated nuclear reactor. "It was very hard to put (the sequel) together that quickly after the writers' strike (of 2007-08)." Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura says the rush strained the plot: "We tried to do too many things in the second movie, which didn't give enough time in any one of them. We were constantly jumping to the next piece of information, the next place." Bay is not one for mea culpas, but he says he can do better. "This one really builds to a final crescendo. It's not three multip

Shia LaBeou Transformers 3 Back To Basics

Shia LaBeou Transformers 3 Back To Basics Shia LaBeouf says the second "Transformers" movie got too big for its own good -- but the third one brings the heart back to the franchise. LaBeouf, who starts work on the next "Transformers" sequel Tuesday, said the third installment will be the best one yet. The new script restores a human element that got lost in the second movie, LaBeouf said. "When I saw the second movie, I wasn't impressed with what we did," LaBeouf said in an interview Thursday at the Cannes Film Festival, where his finance drama "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" is premiering. "There were some really wild stunts in it, but the heart was gone." Please Leave A Comment- Source- THR

Two Douches Will Not Make A Return In Transformers 3

Two Douches Will Not Make A Return In Transformers 3 Two of the worse characters in a movie will not return in the upcoming Transformers 3. Director Michael Bay posted a simple message on his forums stating that " The Twins are not back in T3 ."  He is referring to Skids and Mudflap . In related news, actress/comedienne Kym Whitley(Next Friday,College Road Trip) posted on Twitter yesterday that she's part of the cast.  "Working on Transformers 3 today, a little nervous...always when starting a new project. I have said the Lords prayer 12 times,"  In a hidden extra for the Blu-ray version of Revenge of the Fallen, Bay expressed his intention to make Transformers 3 not necessarily larger than Revenge of the Fallen, but instead go deeper into the mythos, give it more character development, and make it darker and more emotional. Shortly after the release of Revenge of the Fallen, Orci said he would like to introduce Unicron "for scale's sake",
