BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

International Trailer For GLASS

M. Night Shyamalan brings together the narratives of two of his standout originals—2000's Unbreakable , from Touchstone, and 2016's Split , from Universal—in one explosive, all-new comic-book thriller: Glass . From Unbreakable, Bruce Willis returns as David Dunn as does Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price, known also by his pseudonym Mr. Glass. Joining from Split are James McAvoy, reprising his role as Kevin Wendell Crumb and the multiple identities who reside within, and Anya Taylor-Joy as Casey Cooke, the only captive to survive an encounter with The Beast. Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb's superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. Joining the all-star cast are Unbreakable's Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard, who reprise their roles as Dunn's son and Price's mother, as well as Golde

Gemma Chan Set Top Play Minn-Erva In Captain Marvel

Deadline is reporting another piece of Captain Marvel casting has fallen into place. Humans star Gemma Chan is set to play Minn-Erva in the Disney/Marvel superhero movie that stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. Per the comics-verse, Minn-Erva (aka Doctor Minerva) is a Kree geneticist and spy. Plot details are being kept underwraps for the first female-led superhero project under Disney’s MCU. It will center on Danvers, an Air Force pilot who debuted in the comics in 1968 as a human companion to the original Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell). When her DNA was fused with that of an alien during an accident, the resulting alteration imbued her with the superpowers of strength, energy projection and flight. Minn-Erva has similar powers. Chan is best known for AMC/Channel4’s Humans with Season 3 due later this year. This summer, she’ll star opposite Constance Wu in Warner Bros’ adaptation of Kevin Kwan’s bestselling novel, Crazy Rich Asians. Next up, Chan will be in Focus Fea

Jessica Alba Is Barely Lethal

Jessica Alba is perhaps not the first person you might think of to play a scheming villain. Which probably makes her a good casting choice for Fanboys director Kyle Newman’s new film, Barely Lethal. Alba is indeed set to play Victoria Knox, the former associate of a teen assassin called Megan ( Hailee Steinfeld ), who becomes angry when the younger woman decides she’s had enough of the contract killing life, fakes her own death and enrols at a suburban high school. Which, as Chloe Grace Moretz might be able to tell you from Kick-Ass 2 and the upcoming Carrie, might be an even more dangerous place to be. Samuel L Jackson is on board as Steinfeld’s mentor, with Newman directing from a script by John D’Arco. Barely Lethal kicks off filming in October. Next up for Alba is Machete Kills, set for release here on October 11. She’ll also be seen in Dear Eleanor, Stretch and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, which will hit our screens on August 29, 2014.
