The Phoenix Film Festival is excited to announce the Closing Night film as A24’s “ Eighth Grade ”, recently featured as part of the U.S. Dramatic Competition section of the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and is currently 100% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. “ Eighth Grade ” stars Elsie Fisher, Josh Hamilton, Emily Robinson, Jake Ryan and is written and directed by Bo Burnham. Bo Burnham is also a comedian and actor, seen in 2017’s “The Big Sick” and star of 2013’s MTV series, “Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous”.
