THE THREE MUSKETEERS Movie Review By: Rama

THE THREE MUSKETEERS Movie Review By: Rama What did Rama think about THE THREE MUSKETEERS ? Would he want to join the gang or not? Make to follow him on Facebook and Twitter . A mildly enjoyable mindless entertainment, that’s how I’d describe director Paul W.S. Anderson’s version of Dumas’ classic tale. It’s THE THREE MUSKETEERS on steroid. Overwhelming bullet time, Bond-esque weaponry and gadgets, extravagant use of CG and those airships that look like blimps with firepower, THE THREE MUSKETEERS takes 19th century setting and mashes-it up with today’s generation’s addiction to cheap thrills. One for all and all for 3D.. The hot-headed young D’Artagnan ( Logan Lerman ) joins forces with three rogue Musketeers ( Matthew MacFadyen, Luke Evans and Ray Stevenson ) in this reboot of Alexandre Dumas’ story. They must stop the evil Richlieu ( Christoph Waltz ) and face off with Buckingham ( Orlando Bloom ) and the treacherous Milady ( Milla Jovovich ). The action adventure is given

New Tarzan Film To Get The 3D Treatment

New Tarzan Film To Get The 3D Treatment Germany's Constantin Film is swinging into " Tarzan ," launching development of a 3D animated feature. Constantin acquired animation rights to the " Tarzan " novels from the estate of author Edgar Rice Burroughs . The first book in the series, " Tarzan of the Apes ," was published in 1912 and spawned numerous sequels and related works. The character became strongly identified with Johnny Weismuller after he starred as Tarzan in a series of MGM features in the 1930s, helping the Ape Man become one of the world's best-known literary figures. In " Tarzan of the Apes ," Tarzan is born in the jungles of Africa to a stranded English aristocratic couple. When they are killed, the infant is adopted and raised by a clan of apes. He discovers his true origins when he comes upon the cabin of his late parents. Kulzer is a producer on two upcoming 3D projects -- "Resident Evil: Afterlife," open

The Three Musketeers Coming Soon With Out Taylor Lautner

The Three Musketeers Coming Soon With Out Taylor Lautner Taylor Lautner is in pretty well with Summit Entertainment, with two more Twilight films coming out, he was offered a role in the movie but has turned it down. Deadline has learned that Summit Entertainment has acquired domestic distribution rights for The Three Musketeers, a 3-D period adaptation of the Alexandre Dumas novel that will be directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. Constantin Films and Impact Pictures are producing a film that will be shot in “real 3-D.” The action will be shot in Babelsberg Studios in Germany, and on location in France. The late summer start gives Anderson a decided advantage over a rival film based on Dumas’ swordsmen that has taken root at Warner Bros. That film was conjured up by producer Lionel Wigram with a stylized take similar to the one that breathed life into Sherlock Holmes. Peter Straughan (The Men Who Stared at Goats) is writing the script. Please Leave A Comment- Source- deadline
