Zachary Levi To Star In The Kurt Warner Story

Kingdom Story Company and Lionsgate announced today that Zachary Levi will star as two-time NFL MVP and Hall of Famer Kurt Warner in American Underdog: The Kurt Warner Story . The film will be distributed wide by Lionsgate and is expected to begin production later this year. American Underdog will be Levi’s next project, teaming him with the Erwin Brothers (Jon Erwin and Andrew Erwin), who will direct and produce through their Kingdom banner. The film is written by David Aaron Cohen (Friday Night Lights), Jon Gunn (I Still Believe) & Jon Erwin (I Still Believe). Mark Ciardi (Invincible, The Rookie) is producing. The film is also produced by Kevin Downes. The screenplay will be based upon interviews with Warner as well as Warner’s memoir, All Things Possible: My Story of Faith, Football and the First Miracle Season. Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER PANEL & FIRST EVER U.S. SCREENING On July 11th

Nerdist will partner with Shout! Factory TV and Team Kamen Rider to bring fans an exclusive virtual panel and screening of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER as part of the Nerdist House 2020 programming slate. More details and announcements about Nerdist House are forthcoming, but fans of the iconic Kamen Rider should mark their calendars for a July 11 event, which has already been teased by TokuSHOUTsu, Shout! Factory TV's new streaming channel dedicated to tokusatsu (Japanese live action special effects/genre shows) such as Kamen Rider, Ultraman, and Super Sentai. Details are still being finalized, but the panel will be moderated by Nerdist's Kyle Anderson and is set to include Team Kamen Rider, Tokunation, Tokusatsu Network, and other special guests. The Boys Season 2 Clips & Returning September 4th

Amazon Prime Video announced that the hit superhero satire The Boys will premiere the first three episodes of its second season Friday, September 4, 2020. New episodes will be available each Friday culminating in an epic season finale on October 9. The news comes on the heels of the cast coming together for a virtual event, hosted by season two guest star Patton Oswalt, that looked back on season one and also dropped hints for the upcoming season. The eight-episode Amazon Original series will be available on Prime Video in more than 200 territories around the world, and is produced by Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television Studios with Point Grey Pictures, Kripke Enterprises and Original Film.
