As an adaptation from a book series the storyline has already garnered an obsessive fan base. The book trilogy has already sold over 100 million copies worldwide. The series has had record sales in Britain and has also sold over 45 million copies in the United States alone. Kristen Stewart Heads To Cali

Kristen Stewart's journey from Twilight screamboat to versatile screen actress has taken her to some interesting places - Walter Salles' upcoming On The Road among them - and she'll be adding the grittier corners of LA to the list. The actress has signed up to play one half of a maverick Valley couple in actioner Cali . If it sounds like it should be a Columbian cartel thriller in which Stewart chucks people out of helicopters as a surprisingly swarthy drug lord, the reality may be no less exciting. After starring in a fake snuff movie and trousering the proceeds, Stewart's character Mya must return from 'the dead' and join with boyfriend Chris to rescue her sister from a whole welter of bad people back in California. If that crew of ne'er-do wells - vengeful ex-business partners, maniac porn stars, stoners and an relentless killing machine in a cowboy hat among them - reads like central casting for True Romance 2, writer Michael Diliberti showed a gi

Animated Twilight Series Coming Soon?

Don't Get Your Hopes Up Just Yet Animated Twilight series in works? According to reports, after " Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 " and " Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 " there could be an animated Japanese television series in the works. Sounds...er....interesting. At this time, there hasn't been any real news on a series of this kind, however, Kristen Stewart did mention in an interview last year that her character looked Asian in a particular scene and that she looked like an anime character. Of course, that is absolutely no verification that the "Twilight Saga" will be turned into an animated series so until something more official comes in, we'll just have to sit and wonder. I can just imagine the characters now with their enormous eyes that are bigger than their faces. The extremely long eye lashes and short bodies. It makes me laugh just thinking about it. What do you guys think? Please Leave A Comment- Source- reel

Catherine Hardwicke Confirmed For Little Red Riding Hood Film

Catherine Hardwicke Confirmed For Little Red Riding Hood Film It has been confirmed that Catherine Hardwicke will be directing the upcoming Red Riding Hood film. In 2008, she directed the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's bestselling book, Twilight. The film was the first in a planned series produced by Summit Entertainment based on Meyer's four-book series. Production Weekly  is reporting that: Catherine Hardwicke's adaptation of the classic fairy Red Riding Hood has opened offices at Vancouver Film Studios, for an early July shoot. The best-known version of the story—in which a wolf disguises himself to fool a girl delivering food to her sick grandmother in the forest—was published in the 19th century by the Brothers Grimm. Earlier oral versions of the tale, which date back to the Middle Ages, are far darker and sometimes involve a werewolf rather than a wolf; the first published version, by Charles Perrault, concludes with Red Riding Hood eaten by the wolf, with
