BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

First look At The Vision From Age Of Ultron

Though we’ve so far seen him at a distance or from the back, Paul Bettany ’s take on the Avengers: Age Of Ultron android character The Vision is one of the less-showcased elements of the superhero sequel so far. That has seemingly changed thanks to Instagram user Israel06, who spotted a new banner for the film at an international Disney promotional event and snapped a couple of images. In the comics, The Vision’s back-story is closely linked with that of Ultron, the villain voiced and performance captured by James Spader for Joss Whedon’s movie. Originally created by Ultron as another weapon to take down the heroes, he overcomes his programming and ends up becoming a key part of the team. And from the looks of the poster, he seems to have fit right in with the rest of the Avengers, including Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk, Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, Chris Evans' Captain America and Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye. We know the

Age Of Ultron To Shoot Extra Footage In January 2015

Stars of the new Avengers film, Age Of Ultron , will quietly re-assemble in London early in the New Year to shoot some extra scenes for the Marvel blockbuster. Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man), Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Paul Bettany (The Vision), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Tom Hiddleston (bad-guy Loki) have all been asked to make themselves available over a two-week period in January to film additional scenes at Pinewood Studios. Director Joss Whedon and the film’s producers may not require all the stars to fly into the UK, but they had to send out an early blanket notice so they’d be around if required. And for the kind of money this cast is being paid, they’re not going to refuse. Stars of the new Avengers film will come together again in London in the New Year to shoot extra scenes. I understand that, as with the James Bond films, Age Of Ultron — the second Avengers movie — needs a bit more kick-ass on an extra

Avengers: Age of Ultron Extended Trailer

A new extended Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer that made its way online today offers a few seconds of fresh footage for famished fans. For the most part, the new trailer combines the scenes we already saw in the teaser trailer from Oct. 22 and the extended trailer from Oct. 29. (Has Marvel ever considered numbering these things? Just a thought.) But there are a couple of new glimpses to sate Marvel obsessives — and also a few added shots of Samsung product placement, which makes sense, considering the new-ish trailer is an exclusive promotion that was released on Samsung devices this morning. (Inevitably, the video has now made its way to YouTube.) Most intriguing for movie fans is the extended footage of Ultron’s confrontation with the Avengers that appears early in the trailer: Now, in addition to the moment spotted in the previous trailer, we get an evil James Spader chuckle, a line about how “there’s only one path to peace: your extinction,” and the visual of Ultron’s minions

Surprise Guests To Show Up In Age Of Ultron

With a big trailer now out there and the release only six months away, we pretty much thought we knew the entire cast of Avengers: Age Of Ultron . Jackson, Cobie Smulders, James Spader (via performance capture), Paul Bettany, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Andy Serkis and Thomas Kretschmann . Here's that extended trailer from last week again. You may not want to look underneath... Right, you were warned. So if you're still here the news is that Idris Elba , in a mischievously unguarded moment with the Telegraph

At a special presentation at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige announced Marvel's " Doctor Strange " would hit theaters November 4, 2016, marking the hero's big screen debut. Scott Derrickson will direct the film introducing the Master of the Mystic Arts to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. "It takes a while to work on these movies before they're ready to come to you in theaters," said Feige. Could #BenedictCumberbatch Be #DoctorStrange ?

Here’s a turn up for the (magic) books… Months after he was originally rumoured for the role, and after various potential contenders have come and gone, it appears Benedict Cumberbatch is indeed Marvel’s choice to be Doctor Strange . According to Deadline , the once and future Sherlock is in negotiations for the role, but with no formal confirmation from Marvel yet, this one will have to linger on the margins of the rumoursphere for a little longer. From the sounds of it, the deal is all but done and Cumberbatch is probably already being measured for capes and such by director Scott Derrickson . The Sinister overseer, working from a script by Jon Spaihts, will bring to life the character originally conjured by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. He started as a selfish New York surgeon (named Stephen Strange) who loses his professional skills in a car crash. After falling on hard times, he visits a healer in the Himalayas known as The Ancient One, and learns to tap into psychic and magic

Iron Man Returns In #CaptainAmerica3

Film to kick off the Civil War storyline from the comicbook miniseries Robert Downey Jr. is on the verge of signing on to “ Captain America 3 ,” a move that would bring the Civil War storyline from Marvel’s comicbooks to the bigscreen and trigger the start of a new phase of movies from Marvel Studios. The actor is in final negotiations to play billionaire Tony Stark in the third installment, which is slated to begin production in the Spring for a May 6, 2016, release. Downey is already set to suit up as Iron Man for next year’s “ The Avengers: Age of Ultron ” and “ The Avengers 3 .” The deal is significant for the Marvel cinematic universe considering the plot will pit Stark against Captain America’s alter-ego Steve Rogers, played by Chris Evans, as they feud over the Superhero Registration Act, which forces anyone with superhuman abilities to reveal their identities to the U.S. government and agree to act as a police force for the authorities. Stark supports the program, b

GOT's Director Neil Marshall Wants To Make A Black Widow Film

The question of whether or not Marvel Studios will ever make a Black Widow movie is one that remains on both the lips and minds of many fans — and, it turns out, some filmmakers, as well. Neil Marshall , director of The Descent, Centurion and episodes of Game of Thrones , isn’t just interested in watching such a movie: He’d like to make it. “I think I’d like to do a big movie with a strong female lead, whether or not she would be a superhero,” Marshall told Vanity Fair, making it clear by adding, “ I would love to do a Black Widow movie.” Describing the character — played by Scarlett Johansson in the Captain America and Avengers movies — as “perfect,” he went on to say that he found the character “really interesting, she doesn’t have any superpowers, she just has extraordinary skills, and the world that she comes from, being this ex-K.G.B. assassin, I find that really fascinating, yeah.” The lack of superpowers is a plus for Marshall, as he complained that he “can’t identi

More New Images From Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Ever since his presence in the film (and its subtitle) was revealed at last year’s Comic-Con, we’ve been waiting to get a glimpse of mechanical baddy Ultron in Avengers: Age Of Ultron . Now we know, thanks to the gang at EW, because he’s made his first appearance on the cover alongside Tony Stark, Steve Rogers and the raging robot's various forms. See more images after the Jump... Yes, Ultron is the particularly thorny problem that Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony and the rest will have to deal with in the superhero sequel, once again written and directed by Joss Whedon. And as he confirms to the magazine, it is indeed Stark who creates Ultron, originally designing the self-aware AI as a way of reacting to threats, with a legion of drones at his command to let Thor, Cap and the others get some much needed downtime after saving the world a lot. Sadly, things don’t go exactly to plan, with the electronic intelligence quickly figuring out – like so many tech-

Josh Brolin To Voice Thanos In The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

While the trailers for Guardians Of The Galaxy have shown us a fair chunk of the latest Marvel movie’s universe, a lot has still been kept under wraps, including the appearance / voice of “mad titan” and biggest of big bads Thanos , glimpsed at the end of Avengers. We at last know who will be providing his voice, at least, with Latino Review reporting that Josh Brolin ’s throaty growl will be behind the villain. Brolin has been the choice for months and has already been in the recording booth working on his voice duties ready for Guardians , which launches here on July 30 before heading to the US on August 1 Thanos , of course, was introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe at the end of The Avengers, where his massive purple noggin is seen to turn and smile when told by Alexis Denisof’s Other that to attack Earth would be to court death. Since the comics' Thanos has an actual crush on Death and a notion of courting her, that seemed like an awfully tempting idea to him. Hi

Set Images From The Avengers: Age of Ultron. First Look At Elizabeth Olsen & Aaron Taylor-Johnson

The Avengers 2 on location in Aosta, Italy, where Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Jeremy Renner are filming some major action sequences for the highly anticipated 2015 film. Now, how would you like to get up close with Hawkeye and “The Twins” in these revealing new photos from the set? We’ve already seen what newcomer ‘Avengers 2′ characters Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will look like, thanks to recently released concept art from Marvel’s ‘Assembling a Universe’ special on ABC, but the latest photos to leak from the ‘Avengers 2′ Italy set reveal Olsen and Johnson suited up as the super-powered siblings. Early details from the set reveal that the trio are filming a sequence in which they’re attempting to flee the villainous sentient robot Ultron (voiced by James Spader), but are swarmed by many of his minions, which we also briefly glimpsed through the Quicksilver concept art and set videos. While some Marvelites may seek to critique Johnson’s Quicksilver getup,
