On Thursday, November 14th, Sacramento resident John Kelly took home the grand prize in the local competition of Guy’s Grocery Games Challenge in honor of Guy Fieri’ s new TV show, Guy’s Grocery Games . Kelly  competed against three other contestants at a local  Save Mart  in a timed competition consisting of events such as creating family meals on a limited budget, and speeding through the Save Mart to gather as many items from a grocery list as he could in two minutes. Kelly won both rounds, and received the grand prize of a $1000 gift card to Save Mart! KYMX-FM was on the scene to pump up the crowd and get people cheering for Guy’s Grocery Games !
