Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon and Tye Sheridan are in talks to star in Mud for writer-director Jeff Nichols. Everest Entertainment is financing and producing the film. Mud follows a fugitive named Mud ( McConaughey ) who is befriended by a fourteen year old boy ( Sheridan) as he attempts to reunite with his soul mate Juniper ( Witherspoon ). Nichols wrote the original screenplay and will direct. Lisa Maria Falcone from Everest is producing with Sarah Green and FilmNation Entertainment’s Aaron Ryder. Glen Basner from FilmNation, which is handling international sales, is an executive producer. We were unable to attend the Movies On Demand One On One with Conan's Jason Momoa so who better to ask to attend for us than our good buddy Randy from thearnoldfans . Although the Lionsgate film " Conan " does not come out until next month, I was given early access to interview two lead actors of the film at Comic Con in the press room at the Hard Rock Hotel. Although many of us believe this will not be as good as the epic Schwarzenegger version, I am optimistic that this will still be a fun film and I wish the barbaric actor of Game of Thrones and Conan , Jason Momoa , big success as an actor. On the other hand, I am very disappointed that Momoa does not know " WHAT IS BEST IN LIFE ." That's right, it turns out he has never watched the original Arnold film.
