BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Favreau Chose Magic Kingdom Over Iron Man 3

Favreau Chose Magic Kingdom Over Iron Man 3  Insiders tell Vulture that Favreau has just informed Marvel Studios that he won't direct a third Iron Man film. It's unclear whether the impasse was financial or creative or both. One informed source hears that he was frustrated with Marvel's urge to stuff more of their in-house heroes into the next film in the wake of The Avengers. In a recent interview with MTV News, Favreau explained that based on his conversations with Marvel Studios executives, he had no clarity as to what a third Iron Man film would even be about. “In theory, Iron Man 3 is going to be a sequel or continuation of Thor, Hulk, Captain America and Avengers,” said Favreau at the time, “This whole world … I have no idea what it is. I don’t think they do either, from conversations I’ve had with those guys.” Still other industry insiders look at Favreau's growing price tag and speculate that he was getting too expensive for the frugal Marvel and its equal

Keira Knightley To Star In Anna Karenina The screenplay is being written by Tom Stoppard and the film’s being directed by Joe Wright , who helped make Keira a star. Stoppard’s adaptation of Tolstoy’s tear-jerking classic, about a married woman who becomes a social outcast when she has an affair with an aristocrat, was commissioned by London-based studio Working Title. Tragic heroine: Keira Knightley is first choice to play the lead in Tolstoy's tear-jerking classic Wright, who made Pride And Prejudice and Atonement , featuring two of Keira’s best performances, has talked with his number one leading lady about the idea of playing one of the most tragic heroines of 19th-century Russian literature. But no deals have been done and there’s some way to go before the picture is even given the official go-ahead. Tim Bevan, who runs Working Title with Eric Fellner, explained Stoppard’s screenplay is due before Christmas. ‘We’re developing a number of projects with Joe, and Ann

George Clooney To Star In Warner Bros. "Gravity"

George Clooney Replaces Robert Downey Jr. George Clooney will star opposite Sandra Bullock in Gravity , Warner Bros.’ and Legendary Pictures' 3D outer space thriller that has become a game of musical chairs for actors. The initial pairing for the Alfonso Cuaron -directed project -- about a female astronaut struggling to survive and trying to make it to Earth after a disaster in space -- was to have been Angelina Jolie and Robert Downey Jr. Then came a protracted series of reversals that saw Jolie leave and come back, and actresses Marion Cotillard, Scarlett Johansson, Blake Lively and Natalie Portman involved with the movie to varying degrees, all within the last eight months. Downey stuck with the project throughout the various casting changes but in mid-November, just as things looked set with Bullock, he bailed. Warner considered scrapping the project but conducted a Hail Mary search for the male lead who, while doesn’t carry the movie, is still pivotal in the firs

Clint Eastwood Talks Casting DiCaprio,Theron & Dench For Upcoming J. Edgar Film

Eastwood Talks Casting For Upcoming Film J. Edgar The star were aligned for the Sandwich last night during the Red Carpet for the California Hall Of Fame induction. First I got an interview with The Man, James Cameron , which is hard for a small website like mine with no money behind it, just hard work. And as you can tell Hard Work does pay off. From a a distance a cloud of dust over takes the red carpet. And I hear the theme from The Good, The Bad & The Ugly . No, it can't be, the a misty cloud comes over the area and I hear " Go ahead, make my day" . Well, not really, but Clint Eastwood appears and I had no clue he was going to attend the ceremony. I was so unprepared for this one. Mr. Eastwood walked the Red Carpet, taking a time out to talk to James Cameron. Again the BIG dogs get their chance to get the first crack at him. There was no way I was going to let this once in a life time chance to talk to Dirty Harry, pass me bye... The first thing I ha

James Cameron Out Of Cleopatra Confirmed & Talks Avatar 2

Exclusive Cameron Talks Cleopatra And The Next Two Avatars I had the pleasure of attending the California Hall of Fame 2010 induction last night. James Cameron was one of the 14 people being inducted this night. It was rainy and cold last night but nothing was going to stop me from trying to get in a questions to one of the all time great directors and producers ever, James Cameron. I also had the chance to meet the Man, George Lucas , last year. This is every young man's dream to meet and get time to talk to James Cameron. I spoke to Mr. Cameron, or asked a question, to him at Comic Con when he was promoting the release of Avatar back in 2009. But this was a whole different experience. Mr. Cameron was being pushed down the Red Carpet pretty fast, spending most of his time with ET and Extra, but my chance was coming. Would he talk to the Sandwich or just blow me off? Like my bother said "I have a huge presence on the Red Carpet" Well, hell yeah I do, I'm a
