New Megamind Trailer

Really Did The Studio's Need To Spoil It? DreamWorks Animation has released a new trailer for their upcoming superhero vs. supervillain film Megamind. If you plan on seeing the movie then I think you might want to skip this trailer, it pretty much gives away the whole film. From what was shown at Comic-Con this year this movie looks very entertaining. Again the trailer is Not Spoil Free! The film stars the voices of Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, David Cross, Jonah Hill , and Brad Pitt . Movie is scheduled to be released on November 5, 2010. Watch the trailer after the Jump.. Synopsis: Megamind is the most brilliant super–villain the world has ever known…and the least successful. Over the years, he has tried to conquer Metro City in every imaginable way – Each attempt, a colossal failure thanks to the caped superhero known as “Metro Man,” until the day Megamind actually defeats him in the throes of one of his botched evil plans. Suddenly, the fate of Metro City is threaten

"The American" Movie Review By Windy City Gal

THE AMERICAN Movie Review Review by Windy City Gal  (aka @ rosenfie ) " The American ", directed by Anton Corbijn and starring George Clooney , is the story of a skilled, yet aged assassin, Jack, who is physically and mentally tired of a lonely life on the run. In the opening of this thriller, Jack's dedication to his job is made evident to the audience in a gasp-worthy moment.  After being nearly shot in Sweden, Jack heads back to Italy to determine how he was discovered.  Being in a line of trust-no one work, he disregards instructions from the head of his assassin squad and heads off to a little Italian village to finish his last job.   During his stay in the village, Jack has various personal and professional encounters.  He comes to befriend a priest (as much as an assassin can befriend someone, let alone a priest), fraternizes with a prostitute and deals with his client while outrunning the Swedes who have followed him back to Italy.  All a day in the life f

January Jones As Emma Frost

January Jones As Emma Frost-First Set Photos INF Daily spotted Mad Men actress January Jones on the set of X-Men: First Class in Buckinghamshire, England earlier today. January was clad in her sexy head-to-toe “ White Queen ” costume: a short white coat, knee-high white boots, and a fuzzy white Russian hat. In between takes she added an ankle-length puffy jacket and bright rain boots for a splash of color. X-Men: First Class, following the classic Marvel mythology, charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga. Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. But then “a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.” Please Leave A Commen

Natalie Portman Offered "Gravity"

"Gravity"  Pulls Natalie Portman To A Space Station Natalie Portman has fielded an offer from Warner Bros. to star in the drama " Gravity ." The lead in the epic survival story, co-written by Alfonso and Jonas Cuaron, has been a highly sought role for months, with Angelina Jolie pulling out of it recently. The $80 million 3D survival story, which Alfonso Cuaron will direct, centers on a woman stranded on a space station after satellite debris slams into it and wipes out the rest of the crew. Robert Downey Jr. already has committed to a supporting role, but much of the picture is devoted to the female character, who must survive a solitary ordeal much in the way Tom Hanks did in "Cast Away" or James Franco does in "127 Hours," another Telluride sneak screening. In the wake of "Swan" notices, Cuaron finally got the green light from the studio to relay the offer to Portman without requiring a screen test. Portman, who couldn't

Robert Rodriguez Machete Sequel

Robert Rodriguez Pinky Promises A "Machete" Sequel At the world premier of his new film Machete at the Venice Film Festival, director Robert Rodriguez has revealed that he has already got plans to make not one, but two sequels to his latest Grindhouse-inspired action flick. Just as viewers got their first glimpse of Machete, when it played as a trailer in the middle of Grindhouse, Rodriguez ends his latest action extravaganza by telling audiences to watch out for Machete Kills and Machete Kills Again . Although this seems like a joke announcement in the tradition of the exploitation films Machete honours, the Spy Kids director admits that Danny Trejo is likely to reprise the role in the not too distant future. "Machete don't joke", states Rodriguez. "It felt like it needed something when the music kicked in so I wrote those written trails into the ending just a few days before I finished editing the movie. We made the trailer to Machete not knowin
