Ghostbusters 3 Casting News As you’ll have heard, Ghostbusters 3 is a lock for a Fall 2011 start . And casting is going to kick off soon in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. FFA has the casting announcement, saying they’re looking for actors… but don’t specify which roles. They do, however, have a synopsis that insinuates the film will feature a band of new, young recruits, so one might assume that’s who they’re looking to cast. While he hasn’t got specifics - dates and so on - he said has given the heads up that Sony will be auditioning “young male and female actors aged 18-30″ for a role in the film. Lee Zlotoff, who created the 1985-92 ABC series about a resourceful secret agent who uses science to escape precarious situations, retained the right to make a movie based on the show via his "separated rights" under WGA rules.
