We have the first two teaser trailer for MAN OF STEEL , starring Henry Cavill as Clark Kent / Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Russell Crowe as Jor-El, Ayelet Zurer as Lara Lor-Van, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane as Jonathan and Martha Kent and Christopher Meloni as Colonel Hardy. Yes, once again it’s the Big Three – Bats, Bane and Catwoman who get the image love in a series that Michael Fish would go mad for (or, since the source is the movie’s French Facebook page , perhaps that should be Michel Poisson?**) Yes, given that Anne Hathaway ’s Selina Kyle predicts in the trailer that a storm is coming, these somehow seem apt, even if we do wonder why they all think they have to be tough and stand out in the mucky weather when there are vehicles nearby. Is Warner Bros. bringing Arthur & Lancelot back to life? After scrapping the project, which was to have been directed by David Dobkin, earlier this year, Warners is in talks with Colin Farrell to potentially star in a revived version as Lancelot. Last year, the studio cast Kit Harrington and Joel Kinnaman as the respective title characters in what was to have been a lighthearted action pic, similar in tone to Warners' successful Sherlock Holmes franchise. But in January the studio hit the brakes on the project, mainly due to budgetary concerns. Also factoring in was that neither of the actors had sufficient star clout to carry something of this nature.
