Vanessa Hudgens To Have A Journey On A Mysterious Island Vanessa Hudgens is in final negotiations to play the female lead in New Line’s “ Journey 2: The Mysterious Island ,” the sequel to “ Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D .” Brad Peyton is on board to direct the film, in which Josh Hutcherson is reprising his role as burgeoning explorer Sean Anderson. Dwayne Johnson is also starring in the pic being produced by Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson of Contrafilm. The story sees Hutcherson and Johnson forced to go a trip to a mythical and monstrous island to find his missing grandfather. The script is loosely based on Jules Verne's "The Mysterious Island." Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch Trailer If you were one of the lucky few to get into Hall H on Saturday you were treated the first trailer of Sucker Punch which didn't jump off the screen to me. And now Warner Bros. has released this new trailer. It's not the same trailer they showed at Comic-Con but a few of the shots that we saw during Comic-Con are in this new trailer. The Ladies Of The Upcoming Film "Sucker Punch" We get our first look at the Sexy, Baddass ladies from the upcoming Zack Snyder film "Sucker Punch" Ladies include Emily Browning as Baby Doll, Abbie Cornish as Sweetpea, Jena Malone as Rocket, Vanessa Hudgens as Blondie, Jamie Chung as Amber and the guy in the background is Scott Glenn as the hero. The first look at the new action flick from Snyder will hit theaters March 25, 2011.  Snyder has described the film as " Alice in Wonderland with machine guns ", including dragons, B-52 bombers and brothels.
