TV Recap: Supernatural  "Alex Annie Alexis Ann" By: Sue We’re taking a break from the angel war and the demon hell campaign to go on a little vampire hunt. A girl is detained by a deputy, and although she puts up a fight, the deputy gets her into holding before he’s called away. She asks that he not leave her, but he has no choice. A noise outside her cell, and Cody has come to retrieve her. She’s scared of him, thinks she’s safe inside her cell, but she isn’t. He has the key. He faked the call that sent the deputy running. She disappeared during the hunt and he came to find her, he tells her that she can run and she can hide, but he will always find her. He prepares o drop fang, and Sheriff Jody arrives swinging an axe, decapitating him. The boys arrive in town, happy to see their favorite sheriff. She opens her trunk, showing them her latest kill. The boys reflect on how quickly their little girl has grown up, and she warns then that there are more vampires. M

TV Recap: Supernatural  "Meta Fiction" By: Sue A record plays, and there is typing, another Supernatural book is being written, this time at the hands of Metatron. He ponders what makes a good story, the concept, the writer, or the reader. He plans to tell a little story and let the viewer decide, and well opening up with Dean in the shower isn’t exactly a bad way to start. Dean looks at his reflection, eyes haunted, his attention turns to the mark of Cain. Dressed, Dean goes to see what Sam has found. He has leads, but no Abaddon. The boys prepare to get to work. Castiel looks for something, and his trust coat rips. They just don’t make trenchcoats like they use to. There are bloody hand prints on the wall, and Castiel finds slain bodies all around. On the wall is a odd glowing symbol, which fades to blood red. Castiel takes a picture of it. A girl tries to stab Castiel in the back with an angel blade. The half mutilated Hannah tells Castiel that she heard a tone

TV Recap: Supernatural "Mother’s Little Helper" By: Sue Milton, Illinois. Mrs. Young returns home, and her husband isn’t happy to hear that meatloaf is on the menu again. She works all day, and she wishes he were more understanding. She beats him with a candlestick, to death. Her students are going to be so disappointed. Dean’s lack of sleeping put Sam in the driving seat. He’s found a case online about the first grade teacher killing her husband over meatloaf. Dean thinks she snapped, and Sam thinks possession. Dean tells him that he can go alone. Sam sees that Dean has been obsessive since he killed Magnus, looking for answers. So far, they’ve found nothing. Dean wants it all to end, and Sam leaves him with his demons, and a bottle of whiskey. Sam talks with the local police. He tells Sam that he found Mrs. Young, Karen, sitting next to her husband and a pool of blood. Sam asks if he noticed anything odd, like the smell of sulfur, or something wrong with her eyes

Is Supernatural Going To End In 2010? Supernatural creator Eric Kripke is sticking by his word that his CW thriller will bow out next May after five seasons. Sort of. “I did set out [to] tell a five-season storyline,” the exec maintains. “Quite frankly, I never expected [the show] to make it to five years. But now that we’re in our fifth year, I have every intention of ending the story with a bang and not drawing it out our watering it down.” Relax, Supe Nazis. Here’s that catch I promised you…“That having been said,” Kripke continues, “I’m looking at this season as the last chapter in this particular story. That doesn’t mean there can’t be a new story. Buffy did it. The X-Files did it. You close a chapter on a big mythology storyline and then you begin a new one. “One of the things I like about this show is we don’t draw out mysteries endlessly,” he adds. “We’ll answer a bunch of questions this season and then pose some new ones next season.” Of course, that’s assuming there is a nex
