First Image Of Diggle From ARROW Season 4

Oliver isn’t the only one sporting a new suit when Arrow returns for season 4. I'm not a big fan of this costume. As revealed at Comic-Con, season 4 finds Diggle ( David Ramsey ) actually wearing a super suit, despite never being a fan of them. “We try to be very consistent with our characterization,” EP Marc Guggenheim recently told EW of Diggle’s reaction to the suit. “I don’t think Diggle looks at it as a costume per se,” he continues. “Oliver [Stephen Amell], in the last season, gave him advice in terms of concealing his identity, and so Diggle approaches it from a very practical standpoint. He followed Oliver’s advice and he’s got a means of concealing his identity, but I think Diggle would probably react to anyone calling it a costume.” Arrow is slated to return Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW. #Arrow Sees Another Villain Join Season 4

See what role a Sons of Liberty star will play opposite Oliver Queen. Story by Matt Cummings Season 3 of CW's Arrow is the books, but audiences weren't happy with the results, although it did start off strong. Focusing on the death of Black Canary (Caity Lotz), the destruction of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) by Ra's al Ghul (Matthew Nable), the rise of Atom (Brandon Routh) and his on-again/off-again relationship with Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), the season still left audiences with mixed feelings. Producer and Co-Creator Greg Berlanti are hoping to change that by adding a series of new villains for the now-defunct Arrow to hunt. Thursday saw the signing of Sons of Liberty star Jimmy Akingbolais to play Baron Reiter, who will appear in flashbacks. While only comic fans will know of his character, Baron Reiter is the Nazi super villain Baron Blitzkreig, leader of the criminal organization Shadowspire. The organization first made their appearance

Will Krang Make An Appearance In #TMNT2

Sources Says The Villain Lineup Includes Krang Jonathan Liebesman is unapologetic for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie he released upon the world a year ago. Well the original was not a total flop, it is estimated the movie made less than $65 million domestically in gross profit. Despite the mediocre performance a sequel was greenlit almost immediately. Confirmed for appearances in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 are April O’Neil ( Megan Fox ), Casey Jones ( Stephen Amell ) , Baxter Stockman ( Tyler Perry ) , and the Shredder (Brian Tee ). Also confirmed for the movie are the updated Shredder henchmen, and fan favorite bad-guys, Bepop and Rocksteady. In the latest from Cinema Blend - a source involved in production for the movie claims another supervillain known as Krang has been added to the mix. Paramount Pictures has not confirmed or denied the latest information regarding the new villain. Interestingly, Paramount Pictures did request concept art reveali

Stephen Amell Says He's Done With The Arrow Suit

We analyze Amell's comment and the revelation after the jump. WARNING: This story contains spoilers. Story by Matt Cummings As the CW's Arrow bowed out last week to end Season 3, a ton of questions were raised about what lies in store for Season 4, some of them causing quite the stir on the Interwebs. For one, the episode - titled, My Name is Oliver Queen - showed The Arrow (Stephen Amell) walking away from both the title of Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins as well as his hero persona. The episode felt like a series finale, as Queen/Arrow/the former Ras drove off into the sunset with long-time friend/now lover Felicity Smoke (Emily Bett Rickards). But questions remain. We know Arrow is returning next year with Amell, and with Damien Dahrk poised as the next bad guy Queen will take on, it shouldn't be too long before we see Oliver put on the green suit once again. But in doing so, that could undo all of the events of Season 3, in which t

#StephenAmell Cast In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2

Variety is reporting that Stephen Amell has been tapped to play Casey Jones in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2″ for Paramount and Platinum Dunes. Megan Fox is set to return as April O’Neil. Will Arnett is also returning. David Green is directing the pic. Plot details and information on other returning cast members are still unknown. A loner who becomes an ally of the turtles and a love interest for O’Neil, Jones is a fan favorite of the series going back to when Elias Koteas played him in the 1990 New Line pic. Michael Bay is producing along with his Platinum Dunes partners Brad Fuller and Andrew Form. Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec are penning the script. Amell tested with a half-dozen actors over the weekend, but it was his chemistry with Fox that led to the studio eventually giving the role to the star of CW’s “Arrow.” Paramount had no comment on the casting. The “Turtles” franchise is one of Paramount’s top properties following its success last summer, when it earned

Arrow Season 3 Featurette. Teases 3-Part Trilogy

Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim teases the 3-part trilogy featuring the villain, Danny 'Brick' Brickwell . “In the aftermath of Oliver’s fight with Ra’s al Ghul, Diggle and Arsenal continue to protect the city in the Arrow’s absence. However, after three days without hearing from Oliver, they begin to fear the worst may have happened to their friend. Felicity refuses to believe that Oliver could be dead until Merlyn pays the team a surprise visit. Thea suspects there is something more behind Oliver’s disappearance and asks Merlyn for a favor. Meanwhile, Ray tests a part of his new suit and Laurel takes up the mantle of the Black Canary.” Please Leave A Comment-

First Look At Katie Cassidy As The Black Canary

Laurel may be suiting up in a new Black Canary costume, but Arrow fans be warned: The novice is far from being a hero. Driven by revenge, Laurel ( Katie Cassidy ) has been desperate to take up the mantle of the Black Canary following the death of her sister Sara ( Caity Lotz ), inching her closer and closer to fulfilling her comic book destiny—something fans of the graphic novels have been eagerly awaiting since the show’s inception. But she may be putting the cart before the horse when she finally suits up. “Just because you put on a mask and a costume doesn’t mean you’re a superhero,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells EW. “A mask does not a hero make. We’re really at the beginning of Laurel’s journey to becoming the Black Canary, not the end by virtue of the fact that she’s put on a costume.” Therefore, when Laurel does finally go out to fight crime, “It’s not like Arrow [ Stephen Amell ], Arsenal [ Colton Haynes ] or Diggle [ David Ramsey ] going out into the field,
