Morgan Freeman is set to join the cast of Universal and MRC’s “ Ted 2 .” Plot details are being kept under wraps, but sources say Freeman would play an iconic civil rights lawyer who comes into the picture when Ted needs to resolve some legal issues. Seth MacFarlane , who is back writing, directing and voicing the titular vulgar teddy bear, was said to be looking for high-profile actor to join the cast in a fun role and showed interest in Freeman from the start.
