"Space Invader"Justin Theroux To Write The Film Justin Theroux is heading to space. The actor-cum-writer is on board to pen a draft of "Space Invader," an astronaut romantic comedy set up at Fox. Mike Lisbe and Nate Reger sold the project and penned the original draft of the comedy, which centers on a man who decides to go to space after he suspects that his longtime girlfriend, an astronaut, is cheating on him with another spacewalker. Will Arnett is attached to star. Davis Entertainment, the production company behind comedies like "The Heartbreak Kid," is on board to produce with Principato/Young. The project originally was set up at Fox Atomic before migrating to big Fox after the shuttering of that division. The UTA- and 3 Arts-repped Theroux, who could potentially direct the title as well, has been honing his writing chops. He penned the comedy hit "Tropic Thunder" at Paramount and wrote the upcoming Marvel/Par pic "Iron Man 2." H

Marvel and Sony's Impact At The Brand Licensing Expo The Brand Licensing Europe event is going on in London’s Olympia, Selling Big name Franchises. So what is the presence of Marvel and Sony on the floor? At the Brand Licensing Exhibition in London today, the Iron Man 2, Avengers and Thor movies were being promoted to potential licensees. Marvel didn’t have much of a presence per se but instead had a massive Stark Industries booth with the five Iron Man suits from San Diego and a bunch of Stark Industries security guards. It’s worth noting that both Iron Man 2 and Thor are being promoted with an “Avengers Assemble” tag. They are so going to milk the tie-ins here. The Thor logo is chunky, and stone-like, very different from the image above seen previously, while the Avengers logo is similar but uses a greyed out Captain America-like shield. New Photo of Iron Man 2 New Picture of Robert Downey Jr playing Tony Stark Has been going around the Web. Marvel has released the new picture. One of the coolest scenes in "Iron Man" was Tony Stark engineering the Iron Man suit in his workshop where he interacted with holographic images. We had a chance to revisit Tony's workshop on the set of "Iron Man 2" where we were required to wear padded slippers to walk around. The reason being, the entire floor of Tony's workshop was covered with a reflective black tile utilized to reflect interactive, holographic images anywhere in the room! While we looked around, there were remnants of the first film throughout. There was the gaping hole in the ceiling referencing Tony's first flight test. But there was a lot of new, too--like all models of the Iron Man suit being on display, including the newly joined Mark IV. This new suit has much broader shoulders
