The unexpected and tragic car-crash death of Paul Walker has led Universal Pictures to put a hold on the movie in mid-production. James Wan is taking over directorial duties for the new film, which will follow directly on from the sixth instalment and see Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto and the gang plunged into what will likely be a mission of revenge after the death of one of their own at the end of that adventure. Prepare, ladies and gentlemen, for vehicular warfare.
