Here is the first trailer for Jersey Boys . The musical biography drama directed by Clint Eastwood based on the Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys. The film tells the story of the musical group The Four Seasons . The clip begins with The Four Seasons singing under a street lamp and follows their rise to performing for cheering crowds. The trailer shows Bob Gaudio ( Erich Bergen ) first hearing Frankie Valli's voice. "I heard 'em all, but I never heard a voice like Frankie Valli's. I know I need to write for this voice," Gaudio tells the audience. As the band becomes increasingly successful, getting their songs on the radio, performing on TV and being swarmed by adoring fans, one of the members, Tommy DeVito ( Vincent Piazza ), gets into trouble and starts fighting with Valli ( John Lloyd Young ). CBS’ Good Wife is hooking up with some Stand Up Guys . Julianna Margulies , the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG-winning star of CBS’ legal drama The Good Wife , has joined Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and Alan Arkin in Stand Up Guys , an action dramedy feature, which is being directed by Fisher Stevens, Oscar-wining producer of The Cove. The project centers on two aging hitmen who have one last night of wildness before one has to murder the other. In the film, written on spec by Noah Haidle, Margulies will play Arkin’s daughter Lila who works as a nurse in the hospital and takes care of Al Pacino when he OD’s on Viagra. Playing a nurse a familiar territory for Margulies who shot to stardom with her role as Nurse Carol Hathaway on NBC’s long-running medical drama ER. She will film Stand Up Guys during her hiatus from The Good Wife, which is expected to return for a fourth season next fall. Filming is scheduled to begin next month in Los Angeles. An April shoot in Los Angeles is being scheduled. The project, which was formerly known as Old Timers , centers on two aging criminals, one of whom has been hired to kill his friend. They decide to enjoy one last night of debauchery in which they hit up a brothel, steal some cars and evade police but also face the choices they made in their lives. The project began life as a spec script by Noah Haidle. The film is being made by Lakeshore in conjunction with Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, with Lionsgate distributing domestically.
