BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

They Pulled Christian Bale Back In

Bale joins a cast that already inclues Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams . He was out, but now Christian Bale is back in David O. Russell's untitled ensemble drama. Bale , who earned a supporting Oscar in Russell's The Fighter , will join a cast that already includes  Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams . Russell wrote the screenplay with Eric Warren Singer, based on Singer’s original draft. The untitled project is based on the true story of a notorious financial con artist ( Bale ) and his mistress/partner in crime ( Adams ), who were forced to work with an out-of-control federal agent (Cooper) to turn the tables on other con artists, mobsters and politicians. At the center of the story is the passionate and volatile leader of the New Jersey state assembly ( Renner ) who is also the local hero and mayor of impoverished Camden. Bale was originally onboard to tackle the con artist role but dropped out in July. The film now marks a reunion of sorts

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Easter Eggs. Did You Catch Any Of These?

When we go to the movie we all expect some form of Easter Eggs in the films that we see. Normally in Marvel films there are plenty of them. And now Christopher Nolan has stepped up to the plate with his own in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES . cinemablend went above and beyond the call finding these Easter Eggs in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES . One of the greatest things about Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy is that it’s clear that the director is a real Batman fan. Over the course of his three films, Nolan paid tribute to some of the greatest Caped Crusader stories ever written, including Alan Moore’s “ The Killing Joke ,” Frank Miller’s “ Batman: Year One ,” Joseph Loeb and Tim Sale’s “ The Long Halloween ” and, most recently, Doug Moench and Chuck Dixon’s “ Knightfall .” But for obvious reasons the filmmaker wasn’t able to stick the entirety of the Batman universe into the series, so he did the next best thing: he littered his movies with easter eggs. Price To Be The Dark Knight

Think you have the right stuff to fill the Caped Crusader's Teflon-fiber tights? You should probably think again, because doing so would cost you some serious coin. This infographic proves that crime may not pay but fighting it can leave you totally broke. The folks at moneysupermarket.com  compiled a comprehensive report on the sticker shock of all the gear and gadgets required to pull off the role of being the Dark Knight, real estate holdings, gardening services and educational costs included . As you can see, all that bat-bling can set you back some major bucks. Lucky for Batman, his alter ego Bruce Wayne has the deep pockets of the Wayne family fortune and Wayne Enterprises' knack for printing high-value currency with its global investments. Ka-ching! Justice League Film Is Gaining Steam

If teaming up worked for Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk , it has to work for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman , right? Warner Bros. Pictures seems to think so, as Variety reported yesterday that the studio has hired a new writer to bring DC Comics' " Justice League " to the big screen. Just as " The Avengers " assembled the biggest heroes from Marvel Comics, "Justice League" would see DC's iconic characters joining forces to save the world. (DC Comics is a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment.) The fact that "The Avengers" is now the third highest-grossing film of all time with $1.3 billion worldwide seems to have reignited the fire to get the other legendary superhero team up on movie screens. Variety's report states that Will Beall, who wrote the upcoming " Gangster Squad " (starring Ryan Gosling and Josh Brolin) for Warner Bros., has been hired to take on the screenplay. Beall previously wrote for TV's &quo

New Dark Knight Rises Posters Are Here

Yes, once again it’s the Big Three – Bats, Bane and Catwoman who get the image love in a series that Michael Fish would go mad for (or, since the source is the movie’s French Facebook page , perhaps that should be Michel Poisson?**) Yes, given that Anne Hathaway ’s Selina Kyle predicts in the trailer that a storm is coming, these somehow seem apt, even if we do wonder why they all think they have to be tough and stand out in the mucky weather when there are vehicles nearby. We can even now hear their mothers telling them they’ll catch their death. Well, maybe not Bruce’s… Anyway, they’re stylish and moody, and we'd put them on our wall. And that sound you hear is Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman grumping that they never get their own character shots. Alfred in a hailstorm, anyone? With Bale, Hathaway, Freeman, Caine, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard and Juno Temple among the cast, The Dark Knight Rises will be here on July 20. See all the pos
