Reality Bites , the cult 1994 romantic comedy that examined the angst of Generation X college graduates, is heading to primetime. The film’s director Ben Stiller and writer Helen Childress have teamed for a TV series version of the movie that starred Winona Ryder, Stiller and Ethan Hawke . Childress will write the single-camera comedy project, which is set up at NBC. It centers on recent college graduate Lelaina Pierce, the character played in the movie by Ryder, as she struggles to make her way — romantically and professionally — in the recession-plagued, pre-Internet early 1990s. The studio and the production company run by Ben Stiller and Stuart Cornfeld have tapped Clay Tarver to pen a script for a long-talked-about sequel to the hit comedy Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story . The 2004 film starred Vince Vaughn as the slacker owner of rundown gym who gathers a group of misfits into a dodgeball tournament in order to defeat an encroaching corporate gym run by Stiller. The movie grossed more than $114 million domestically on a reported budget of $20 million. While Fox, Vaughn and Stiller have long mulled the idea of a sequel, little action had been taken. It was even a joke on an episode of Ricky Gervais’ Extras in which Stiller guest-starred. Now the sequel will focus on Vaughn and Stiller forced to team up to fight an even bigger threat, according to sources. Tarver co-wrote with J.J. THE WATCH Movie Review By: MattInRC Does the Ben Stiller/Vince Vaughn/Jonah Hill bro-fest THE WATCH inspire laughter or demands for your money back? THE WATCH  is the kind of film which mirrors the times in which we live: it's gross, raunchy, and even a bit degrading at points. Yes, I'm saying society has become dependent on these facets to get anyone's attention. Add any other adjective/adverb that Google will spit out if you wish to complete the experience. The problem has been that Hollywood hasn't consistently come up with truly funny raunch, giving us 3-4 terrible efforts for every Hangover or Ted . The transition to this new lower-brow form of entertainment has not been without its bumps. Luckily  THE WATCH  doesn't fall into the abyss of terrible mishaps; instead, it's a hilarious romp through the world of alien invasions, low sperm counts, male genitalia, and underage drinking. MADAGASCAR 3 Movie Review By: RAMA Did MADAGASCAR 3 cause RAMA to move it? It’s kinda tough getting into this film when you’re feeling indifferent about the previous installments, but MADAGASCAR 3 has enough punch lines and jokes to make up for the weak story. And just like its predecessors, this too moves ridiculously fast, each scene comes and goes like a speeding bullet, MADAGASCAR franchise is made for those with either short attention span or ADHD condition.. Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple and of course, King Julien, Maurice and the Penguins are all along for the comedic adventure. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent – Madagascar style. The last time we saw Alex, Marty, gloria, and Melman, they were in Africa and the story was mostly about Alex reconnecting with his dad and his lion heritage.
