Star Tours The Adventures Continues Update

Who's Flying The Star Craft? Disney will be re-opening Star Tours The Adventures Continues on May 10th 2011 in Disneyland in Anaheim and May 17th 2011 in Walt Disney World in Orlando. As explained earlier, all Star Tours Starspeeder 1000s are flown using the latest AC-series Tour Droids . And in fact, our initial plans were for our flight to be piloted by AC-38 better known as “Ace.” However, in discussions with George Lucas during the course of our production, we decided to take the story in a very different direction. Star Wars In Concert was an awesome show. There were some really great costumes in the crowd and I loved seeing all the kids pumped up to see the concert. I have to say that I was very surprised that Arco Arena was not more full. Sandwichjohnfilms was lucky enough to be able to attend the Friday and Saturday show and neither one was even close to filling the Arena. The show was a combination of the the music of Star Wars, John Williams composed the music for all six films, and clips from all six movies with Anthony Daniels (who portrayed C-3PO) narrating.
