Sweet Ass Poster For #Deadpool

The promo campaign for 20th Century Fox’s newest "hero" – if that word really applies to the guy – has gone all in on the rude humour employed by the comic book version, and brought to the screen by Ryan Reynolds. It’s on, er, full display in the new poster for Deadpool.

In case you might have forgotten, Deadpool follows Wade Wilson, a smart-mouthed mercenary who learns he has cancer. Undergoing an experimental procedure, he’s left horrifically scarred, incredibly angry and ready to unleash a little creative vengeance on the people responsible and any bad guys that cross his path. And yes, he still has his smart mouth.

With VFX man Tim Miller making his directorial debut after convincing Fox and the wider world to take a gamble on the film with a short chunk of test footage, the full-length serving of Deadpool’s dangerous wise-cracking is headed our way on February 4. Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand and Ed Skrein fill out the main cast.

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack.
