Netflix's BIKRAM: YOGI, GURU, PREDATOR Trailer #bikramnetflix

BIKRAM: YOGI, GURU, PREDATOR examines the dramatic rise and fall of the controversial founder of hot yoga, Bikram Choudhury. Arriving in Beverly Hills from Calcutta, India in the early 1970s, Choudhury quickly cultivated a celebrity following and built a global fitness empire that furnished him with extreme wealth. But by the 2010s, as numerous sexual abuse allegations emerged and stories of his aggressive, cult-like training environment surfaced, the lawsuits started to mount and Choudhury’s unorthodox teaching style became front-page news. Directed by Academy Award® winner Eva Orner (Taxi to the Dark Side, Chasing Asylum) and produced by Sarah Anthony (The Price of Free, The Defiant Ones), BIKRAM: YOGI, GURU, PREDATOR, a Netflix original documentary, shines a light on the stories of the women who took him down and explores the contradiction of how this healing discipline could simultaneously help and hurt so many. Shane Black's Predator To Reinvent, Not Reboot

New film to play around in existing universe. By Brandon Wolfe Last year, it was announced that Iron Man 3 ’s Shane Black was working on a reboot of Predator (a film in which Black had a small acting role) with his old Monster Squad writing partner, Fred Dekker. However, producer John Davis has clarified that the film will actually be an “inventive sequel” that will incorporate the existing series’ lore. "Shane shot a movie and he's doing a pilot now, but I've read a lot of his (Predator) script and I think it's genius. I think it's genius and I think it's entertaining, and what it did is recreate a famous franchise in a different, interesting way; looking at it from a different light. He's just an amazing writer-director. He's got a way of looking at this that makes you excited again. I love this franchise. It was the first movie I ever did. I remember in being in the jungle with Arnold [Schwarzenegger] as a 28-year-old and going, 'This i

Television Review: #AloneShow

Not The Typical History Channel Show Review by David Clark History channel is once again distancing themselves from the stigma of being a documentary channel with Alone, the latest in competitive survival reality television. Alone is not simply another Survivor or Naked and Afraid. To win Alone contestants will need an impressive set of survival skills, but they will also need a level of mental fortuity that has never before been seen in a reality competition. Taking place on the remote Vancouver Island wilderness, Alone pits 10 men against nature, each other, and themselves. It is a last man standing style game with a grand prize of five hundred thousand dollars. For many people that has the potential to be a life changing amount of money which explains the sacrifices some of the contestants have made. Many of them have left behind families for an unknown amount of time. That is the other catch. Shows like Survivor have an elimination process that guarantees the

Schwarzenegger Talks Upcoming Movie Projects

My main man Rando and his entire crew of Girlie Men from TheArnoldFans has delivered us with another Arnold Exclusive. It would only be fitting that the Largest and Balliest Arnold website would be in attendance at the 2011 Arnold Classic in Ohio. On Sunday, March 6th, TheArnoldFans staff excitedly took our seats at the Arnold Seminar, our most anticipated event of The Arnold Classic. Each year Schwarzenegger comes out to kick off the seminar with inspirational tales and even takes questions from his audience. They asked him to elaborate on the three film scripts he was considering as his comeback film. Schwarzenegger responded by saying he now has many more film scripts as studios are desperate to get him back. Read his answer after the Jump... "Well, first of all it's more 15 films, obvious ones from The Terminator to remakes of Predator and The Running Man and all of those things. Then also a lot of original stuff too. But I am also packaging a Comic

Predators Leaked Pictures From The Movie Set

Predators Leaked Pictures From The Movie Set We all know that the upcoming reboot of Predators in filming right now. The film is being Robert Rodriguez produced, Nimrod Antal is directing the film. The set pictures are just some candid and random shots. Doesn't tell much about the movie. But I am excited to see the pictures either way. I was very skeptic about Adrien Brody playing a tough guy, but not bad. Please Leave A Comment- Source- avpgalaxy

Laurence Fishburne To Take On Predators

Laurence Fishburne To Take On Predators Hope his kung fu is up to scratch - Laurence Fishburne has joined the cast of Nimrod Antal's Predators. After visiting the set of the new, Robert Rodriguez-produced take on the be-dreadlocked alien hunters, the lads at Shock 'Till You Drop have learned that Morpheus himself is joining the cast to play a tough guy named Roland. It's perhaps less of a shock given that Fishburne and Antal just worked together on Armored, and that Larry is the sort of bloke you'd want around if you were fighting the warrior race. He'll star alongside the likes of Adrien Brody, Topher Grace, Danny Trejo, Alice Braga and The Shield's Walton Goggins. We love the little plot description at the end of the story: "They play a disparate group of people who land on the Predator home planet only to discover 'unspeakable horrors.'" And here we were thinking that the aliens' home contained flowery meadows and rainbow skies, and r

Predator News From Nimród Antal

Predator News From Nimród Antal Will Arnold himself might make an appearance? Maybe because we prefaced it by mentioning McG's own dilemma with how to answer that incessant question while promoting Terminator Salvation. Wisely, Antal remained coy, only saying, "Time will tell. We'll see, but we are trying to stay with the original as far as the monster and the atmosphere and the tone of the film, but we are trying to do something new and contemporary and feels fresh." Since the movie's title seemingly will include Robert Rodriguez's name even though the Austin-based filmmaker isn't directing, we were curious how involved Rodriguez was in the actual making of the movie. "Robert hired me, so obviously I'm very grateful for him giving me a shot. He is involved in the screenplay and we've had a lot of conversations, and any big decisions I want to make, I always speak to him about, but he's been very gracious and he's been letting me do my
