The Smurfs First Images Of The Blue Guys Here is our first look at the Smurfs from the upcoming film. The Smurfs are in New York city and does not gather any interest from myself at all.  I really am disappointed with Hollywood how they can turn something from our childhood in to pure crap. Money talks and you know what BS does. USA Today reports that during the opening scene, set in that original time, Gargamel discovers the Smurfs' magical village and scatters them into the woods. Clumsy ends up going the wrong way into a forbidden grotto where a few other Smurfs follow. Apparently a blue moon causes a magical portal to open that transports the Smurfs to Central Park. The Smurfs take refuge with a husband and wife played by Neil Patrick Harris and Glee's Jayma Mays as Gargamel pursues them. In the original cartoon Gargamel was all about eating the Smurfs, but that won't be the case in this film. Now, Gargamel just wants to capture the Smurfs to serve as charms, who

First The Smurfs Movie Poster. Here is the first look at the New Smurfs movie due out in Holiday 2010. The CG on the poster doesn't look like anything great. Actually it looks like the little smuf toys that came out when we were younger. And Yes I found my wife April's collection. The movie might be nice for people who watched the show as kids and want to share something with their own children. Have something in common. Trust me that is hard enough to do now. I am not saying that it's going to be a blockbuster by the look of the poster. But would be a nice daughter father date movie I think. The Plot is The adventures of a mythical race of little blue creatures in medieval times that must deal with each other and humans, particularly an evil wizard obsessed with capturing them for his own sinister purposes.
