TV Recap: Reign (Finale) "Slaughter Of Innocence" By: Sue Henry proves he’s still the King of Crazy Town. In the middle of the night he has summoned everyone to the courtyard urgently. He plans to find the person responsible for his assassination attempt, he gotten new guards, and now he has been told by God how to find the guilty. He has a group from the palace gathered as he taunts them that the sword will chose the guilty. His ghost talks to him, and calms him telling him to let the souls confess their sins themselves, that God likes that best. He asks who has gone to confessional and one man admits that he has. He asks if the man has fornicated or taken the Lord’s name in vain since, he has not. Henry skewers the man, for being more ready than him. He tells the people to prepare for the Celebration of Calais as the sun rises. Francis always looked up to his father growing up, but that man is gone. Francis knows that the sanity he saw in his father is long gone

TV Recap: Reign Recap "Long Live The King" By: Sue The gates are opened, and the Duke of Guise returns the hero. Mary worries that she has not seen Francis yet. Greer hopes that Leith has not returned, that he is not shamed anymore. Keena wishes for Bash to stop hunting the darkness and save her from Court, from Henry. Francis is all too happy to be home, to be vicorious, and to have Calais free. Guise makes the smart move and names Henry victorious. Henry has good news of his own. Queen Mary of England is now dead, and although she has named an heir, Henry plans to take the throne in Mary’s name after their victory is celebrated. Mary and Francis have a very happy and lustful reunion. Francis thought Mary would never forgive him for going to Calais instead of Scotland, but he mother escaped. TV Recap: Reign "Higher Ground" By: Sue Francis looks over a French Outpost. There’s death all around. Francis addresses a small group that has been holding the outpost. Francis tells them that they’re in danger of losing the war, and rather than getting picked off one by one, he wishes to advance to the English castle. Francis’s guards warn that if he’s recognized as a noble, he will be targeted first by the English. Francis rips off his identifying sash, and introduces himself as the new commander. Greer is happy to have Mary join her for breakfast. Mary has been spending a lot of time alone, worried over Francis, and she’s a little miffed that he took men that were to help her mother to save French soldiers. Mary spots a guard with a scar, that she wants to gouge the eyes out of. Greer asks why, but Mary doesn’t get a chance to answer when a letter arrives. TV Recap Reign "Monsters" By: Sue Olivia lies chained in the Darkness’s cave. She cannot escape it. She wakes from her nightmare. Nostradamus tells her that it cannot reach her anymore, to not let her mind sabotage her recovery. He touches her, and she says that her back hurts. Nostradamus checks it, and finds that it is infected. When he slices it open to relieve the pressure he sees that there is something inside. He pulls a tooth from her back. King Henry sits distracted in a meeting. The Marquis did not take his advice upon his last visit in regards to the Baron. He thinks to teach him a lesson. He pours wax in the Marquis’s ear. Catherine thinks that he is still sick, but Henry thinks his mind is sharper than ever, and he does not want to miss the Queen Bean celebration. TV Recap: Reign "The Darkness" By: Sue Snow covers the palace grounds. Kenna goes to Henry. She didn’t come to him the previous night, he hurt her by binding her too tightly. He tells her to remember her deal, he tells her he has a list of eligible and rich bachelors. He brings out Anna and kisses her in front of Kenna. He has games on his mind, and he wishes Lady Kenna to play with Anna. She’s reluctant, but willing to play. Kenna takes the drink Anna offers, and lets Anna remove her robe and kiss her as Henry watches. Lola refuses to go and attend the First Rite feast. Mary tells her the tradition, and she knows. She needs to find a husband before everyone realizes that she’s pregnant. Lola does not want to become Francis’s mistress, and the property of France because she made a mistake one night. TV Recap: Reign "Dirty Laundry" By: Sue Mary and Francis come home from the Honeymoon, and Mary is quiet distant. They return to reality, but she’d rather go back to the country house, where their love was safe. Francis tells her that Catherine is no longer a threat, and Bash should be far off in Spain. Mary hopes Bash finds happiness, and Francis would rather focus on making a troop of little royals. The Bohemian Archduke comes to discuss a French ship firing on a Bohemian one. Henry and Catherine maintain it was an accident, and Kenna catches the Archduke’s eye. Henry and Kenna talk of their deal, so far the suitors that Henry has presented have been less than satisfactory, but the Archduke could be perfect. The only catch, he expects a chaste bride, something Kenna is far from being. Henry can make sure there are no whispers of her whoreness.
