The magical world of George Lucas’ “ Willow ,” the epic fantasy adventure set in an age of swords, sorcery, myths and monsters, will be returning in a Disney+ series slated to begin production next year.  Jon M. After a lengthy and eventful shoot (which started way back in January, saw the original directors removed, and a new one installed), the Han Solo Star Wars spin-off movie has finally finished filming. And it no longer goes by the snappy working title of Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Spin-off Movie. There have been changes big and small for the Han Solo Star Wars spin-off movie, the most notable being Ron Howard coming in to direct after the dismissal of Phil Lord and Chris Miller . Now there is word that Michael K. Williams ' character won't make the final cut. Williams was added to play a mysterious – and still unknown – character in March of this year. The reason? Pesky scheduling. "When Ron Howard got hired to finish out the film, there were some reshoot issues that needed to be done in regards to my character, in order for it to match the new direction which the producers wanted Ron to carry the film in," Williams tells Deadline. "And that would have required me on a plane a month ago to London, to Pinewood, to do reshoots. But I’m here, on location in Africa (for Red Sea Diving Resort). It’s scheduling. Zelda Fitzgerald , novelist, socialite and wife of F. Scott Fitzgerald, has been brought to the screen numerous times in fictional portrayals. Now there is a plan to tell her story in a more direct biopic and Jennifer Lawrence is attached to portray her in a film that Ron Howard may direct. The film, currently known simply as Zelda , is being developed by former Lionsgate executive-turned-producer Allison Shearmur (who helped push Lawrence's career into the stratosphere with the Hunger Games movies) alongside Brian Oliver and Justine Ciarrocchi.
