BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

#TheNunMovie Official Trailer

Filmmaker James Wan, director of the record-setting horror hits “ The Conjuring ” and “ The Conjuring 2 ,” explores another dark corner of that universe with “ The Nun .” Directed by Corin Hardy (“The Hallow”), the new fright-fest is produced by Wan and by Peter Safran, who has produced all the films in “The Conjuring” franchise. When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the order’s unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun that first terrorized audiences in “The Conjuring 2,” as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned. “The Nun” stars Oscar nominated Demian Bichir (“A Better Life”) as Father Burke, Taissa Farmiga (TV’s “American Horror Story”) as Sister Irene, and

Movie Review: #AlienCovenant Time to scream in space again!

Time to scream in space again! Rama delivers us another review. Finally, after the incredibly boring “ Prometheus ,” Ridley Scott gave us Alien Covenant which reminds us exactly why we sci-fi horror fans have always loved this franchise. This is not only a return to form, this movie will scare you to your core. Undeniably terrifying. Katherine Waterston ’s character Daniels may not be completely equal to Sigourney Weaver ’s iconic character Ripley but Daniels is badass in her own right. Scripted by John Logan and Dante Harper with story by Jack Paglen and Michael Green and directed by the man who helmed the first original “Alien” film, “Alien: Covenant” is essentially a sequel to “Prometheus.” You get to see what happens to Elizabeth Shaw and David, while at the same time there’s a crew of a colony ship arriving on a remote planet that they think is an uncharted paradise but the reality is far more sinister. They then must fight their way to escape the ever present threat. A c

Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight Cast Announced

Yesterday, it was reported that Channing Tatum was circling a role in Quentin Tarantino ’s bloody new Western The Hateful Eight . While he clearly hasn’t snagged a huge role, he is now confirmed for the cast alongside fellow QT newbie Demian Bichir . Set a few years after the ragged end of the Civil War, the film finds a stagecoach waylaid in wintry Wyoming wilderness and the passengers forced to seek shelter at Minnie’s Haberdashery, a stopover on a mountain pass. The passengers, bounty hunter John Ruth and his fugitive Daisy Domergue are trying to reach the town of Red Rock where Ruth, known in these parts as “The Hangman,” will bring Domergue to justice. Along the way, they encounter two strangers: Major Marquis Warren, a black former Union soldier turned infamous bounty hunter, and Chris Mannix, a Southern renegade who claims to be the town’s new Sheriff. Arriving at Minnie’s, they’re greeted not by the owner, but by Bob, who’s taking care of the place while Minnie’s visiti
