Movie Review: #UPGRADEmovie TRUST ME THIS FILM IS BAD ASS & WORTH SEEING THIS WEEKEND

After his wife is killed during a brutal mugging that also leaves him paralyzed, Grey Trace ( Logan Marshall-Green , SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING, PROMETHEUS) is approached by a billionaire inventor with an experimental cure that will “upgrade” his body. The cure–an Artificial Intelligence implant called STEM–gives Grey physical abilities beyond anything experienced, and the ability to relentlessly claim vengeance against those who murdered his wife and left him for dead. Tom Holland Spider-Man: Homecoming Selfie

In various comics and movie storylines, Peter Parker works as a photojournalist, so we suppose it makes sense for the latest incarnation of the character, Tom Holland , to post a Spider-selfie in costume from the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming . Cop Car's Jon Watts (who is tagged in the snap and can be seen standing near the two small screens on the ground) has started shooting the movie in Atlanta. The story this time finds Peter in full swing as Spider-Man, but still figuring out how to balance high school life with battling villains. Marisa Tomei 's Aunt May, who we first met briefly alongside Peter in Captain America: Civil War, is back for this one, as is Robert Downey Jr. 's Tony Stark. The film's new cast includes Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Donald Glover, Michael Mando, Tony Revolori, Bokeem Woodbine, Kenneth Choi, Abraham Attah, Zendaya and Martin Starr . Drafthouse Films #THEINVITATION Trailer

Check out Drafthouse Films trailer for THE INVITATION , an intense psychological thriller from director Karyn Kusama (Girlfight, Jennifer's Body). In this taut psychological thriller by Karyn Kusama (Girlfight, Jennifer's Body), the tension is palpable when Will (Logan Marshall-Green, Prometheus) shows up to his ex-wife Eden (Tammy Blanchard, Into the Woods) and new husband, David's (Michiel Huisman, "Game of Thrones") dinner party. The pair's tragic past haunts an equally spooky present: Amid Eden's suspicious behavior and her mysterious house guests, Will becomes convinced that his invitation was extended with a hidden agenda. Unfolding over one dark evening in the Hollywood Hills, The Invitation blurs layers of mounting paranoia, mystery, and horror until both Will-and the audience-are unsure what threats are real or imagined. Logan Marshall-Green Lands Lead Role In Prometheus

Ridley Scott and 20th Century Fox have tapped Logan Marshall-Green to play a lead role in Prometheus , the science fiction film that Scott next directs. Marshall-Green will play the role of Holloway , a crewman on the space ship and the love interest for the character played by Noomi Rapace . Rapace, the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo star, was the first castmember set by Scott. Marshall-Green most recently was seen in Devil and Brooklyn's Finest , and did stints on The O.C. and 24. He's repped by 3 Arts and Gersh. This was a role that a lot of young actors chased, and who wouldn't want to be involved in Scott's first sci-fi foray since Alien and Blade Runner? The film also stars Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron, with Idris Elba, Sean Harris and Kate Dickie playing smaller roles. Shooting begins in March on a film that started as a prequel to Scott's seminal science fiction film Alien but morphed into something else. The original script was by Jonathan Spai
