The Flash: New Hero & New Girlfriend?

Interesting Developments Inferred For Season 2 Story by David Clark To say season 1 of The Flash ended on a cliffhanger is like saying the Hulk is kind of green; understatement of the year right? It should be considered cruel and unusual punishment considering fans like us will have to wait until the fall of 2015 to find out what happens next. As if anticipation for the premiere was not enough, the latest news from this past week gives people even more reasons to be curious about what The Flash has in store. It is being reported that casting calls have gone out for two new roles. The first is for a new hero whose identity is yet to be revealed. The second is a new love interest for the scarlet speedster Barry. For everyone screaming that Barry can not have a new love interest, think about how season 1 ended. Yes, by all indications a combination of Barry and Iris - Biris or Irry - is pretty much a foregone conclusion. It was all but revealed by the Reverse Flas

TV Recap: #THEFLASH S01E23 "FAST ENOUGH" (SEASON FINALE)

TV Recap: THE FLASH S01E23 "FAST ENOUGH" (SEASON FINALE) By Sue Lukenbaugh Barry Allen may be the fastest man alive. He has been working for a long time to get justice for his mother, and to free his father, and that day is today. Barry confronts Wells finally. He wants to know the truth, why Eobard/Wells killed his mother. Wells hates him, not the him now, but in the future. They hated each other a lot, and they fought, but neither could defeat the other. Wells learned his secret, and he decided to go back into time and to kill Barry. But Future Barry followed him back. They both landed some great shots, but Future Barry managed to save his younger self. Then Wells thought, what if Barry was dealt a devastating blow. It could be enough to derail the superhero. So he killed Barry's mother, and he was free he thought. He would be able to return to the future without a Barry Allen. He ran into a snag, he lost his way, he couldn't get home. He had lost his abilit

Stephen Amell Says He's Done With The Arrow Suit

We analyze Amell's comment and the revelation after the jump. WARNING: This story contains spoilers. Story by Matt Cummings As the CW's Arrow bowed out last week to end Season 3, a ton of questions were raised about what lies in store for Season 4, some of them causing quite the stir on the Interwebs. For one, the episode - titled, My Name is Oliver Queen - showed The Arrow (Stephen Amell) walking away from both the title of Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins as well as his hero persona. The episode felt like a series finale, as Queen/Arrow/the former Ras drove off into the sunset with long-time friend/now lover Felicity Smoke (Emily Bett Rickards). But questions remain. We know Arrow is returning next year with Amell, and with Damien Dahrk poised as the next bad guy Queen will take on, it shouldn't be too long before we see Oliver put on the green suit once again. But in doing so, that could undo all of the events of Season 3, in which t
