Top 10 Films Of 2010

There Are Some Surprises With the year coming close to the end we thought we would wrap up the Top Ten films of 2010 . The list ranges from A toy in a box to sexy vampires, a boy wizard, a green ogre and even a titan if you can believe that.  I was surprised to see some of the box office totals for these film. Check out the list after the Jump.. 1.Toy Story 3 The Pixar threequel, shot in 3D, grossed $1.1 billion at the box office . Domestically, it grossed a handy $415 million. The news overseas was even better, where Toy Story 3 grossed $648.1 million. Not bad for a franchise that took a decade-long hiatus. The extra charge for a 3D ticket no doubt boosted the bottom line for Pixar and Disney. 2. Alice in Wonderland In the months leading up to the release of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, there was rampant speculation about whether audiences would embrace Tim Burton’s retelling of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale. Warner Bros. And IMAX Sign 20 Picture Deal Warner Bros. and IMAX have signed a new collaboration deal up to 20 more WB films to be released in the IMAX format from now till 2013. In the announcement they gives us great news about some of the most anticipated films to come out. It also acknowledges Batman 3, Superman, Fury Road and Dark Shadows as being three of the 15 films to be released in IMAX between 2011 and 2013.
