BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Television Review: #Bosch Season 2

Amazon's evolving series is beautifully shot but hardly addictive. Review by Matt Cummings If Amazon's solid first offering of Bosch proved anything, it's that the sometimes worn-out cop genre still had more stories to tell. Expertly handled by Michael Connelly - who wrote the books and produced the series - it made instant fans with Amazon's gritty and ugly look at LA and its cops. Season 2 picks up right where the first left off, although the result is hardly addictive. Returning six months after putting his boss through a plate glass window, Bosch (Titus Welliver) returns from suspension to dive headfirst into the murder of guy stuffed in his own trunk and dumped in the Hollywood Hills. The events lead Bosch and his partner Jerry Edgar (Jamie Hector) to the widow Veronica Allen, who doesn't seem surprised by the news. Apparently, Mr. Allen was a womanizer, a porn producer, and dealt in dirty mob money. But as Bosch and Edgar begin pulling on t

The next chapter in Mortal Kombat: Legacy is the story of Scorpion & Sub-Zero . Ah the only down side about this video is that they don't cast actual Japanese actors. It just sounds to forced when they talk. Episode 7: "Scorpion and Sub Zero (Part 1)" Hanzo Hasashi , better known as the warrior Scorpion , is summoned to meet with the Shogun of Kumamoto Castle. While traveling, the fearless General of the Shirai Ryu clan encounters his mortal enemy, Sub-Zero . He knows that he must defeat Sub-Zero and return to his village before it is too late The following episode represents director Kevin Tancharoen's "different take on the Mortal Kombat universe," combining the perfect amount of gritty realism mixed with a hint of mysticism... Mortal Kombat: Legacy Episode 6 "Raiden"

The following episode represents director Kevin Tancharoen's "different take on the Mortal Kombat universe," combining the perfect amount of gritty realism mixed with a hint of mysticism... When Lord Raiden, God of Thunder and protector of Earth, finds himself in an earthly mental institution in the year 2011, his 'delusions' are treated with some rather primitive forms of therapy (involving an ECT machine and an ice pick). Nonetheless, Blue, his beautiful, fragile yet insane fellow inmate, is Raiden's only hope of escaping the mental hospital and making his way to the Mortal Kombat tournament to defend Earthrealm from Shao Khan. Mortal Kombat "Rebirth" Trailer

Mortal Kombat "Rebirth" Trailer Speculation has run rampant today with the debut of a short " Mortal Kombat " film (subtitled " Rebirth ") that made its way anonymously to YouTube. Now, Latino Review reports that the film is, as many theorized, a test for a potential R-rated film reboot of the video game franchise. If this film doesn't get made after this trailer then someone in Hollywood needs to go down! The short is directed by Kevin Tancharoen , the director of last year's Fame, and features a cast that includes name actors like Michael Jai White (Jax), Jeri Ryan (Sonya Blade), Matt Mullins (Johnny Cage), Lateef Crowder (Baraka) and Ian Anthony Dale (Scorpion) with fight choreography by Larnell Stovall. Though there is no guarantee that these actors will play the characters in a feature film version or even that a feature film will actually happen, the short is already a huge success online.
