BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

"Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" Trailer

Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment take Batman fans on a journey into the iconic past with the full-length animated Batman feature film – Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders . The film features the vocal performances of Adam West (Batman), Burt Ward (Robin) and Julie Newmar (Catwoman). Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders will be available November 1, 2016 on Blu-ray™ Combo Pack and DVD. Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders will be available to own on Digital HD starting October 11, 2016. It’s back to the 1960s as Batman and Robin spring into action when Gotham City is threatened by a quartet of Batman’s most fiendish foes – Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman. The four Super-Villains have combined their wicked talents to hatch a plot so nefarious that the Dynamic Duo will need to go to outer space (and back) to foil their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City. It’s a truly fantastic adventure that will pit good against evil, good against good, evil aga

Superman's 75th Anniversary Animated Short

Warner Bros. Animation have teamed up with Man Of Steel director Zack Snyder to create a special two minute cartoon short in honour of Superman's 75th Anniversary , touching on (almost) every incarnation you can think of - from Siegel and Shuster's original Action Comics cover to Henry Cavill's British Blue Boy Scout - and making its viewers long to rewatch Superman II just one more time in the process. Bruce Timm was the animation guru in charge of it all, a veteran of such shows as Batman: The Animated Series and Justice League Unlimited , and the man who had to work out what was worthy of the cut and what wasn't. In short: no Brandon Routh , and no Dean Cain , but somehow an 1978 Atari 2600 video game snuck in, as did Jimmy Olsen's time as Turtle Man. Still, despite the absence of Teri Hatcher's Lois Lane or Peter Cook's Nigel from Supergirl, the piece is a highly rewatchable triumph - if only because of the bit where Supes is in a boxing r

Batman: Year One Lands Allstar Cast

Bryan Cranston, Ben McKenzie, Eliza Dushku and Katee Sackhoff have been tapped to star as the voices in Batman: Year One , the adaptation of the Frank Miller comic book classic from Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation. Lauren Montgomery and Sam Liu are directing the movie, the 12th entry in the successful series of DC universe animated originals. Tab Murphy wrote the script. The feature adapts the landmark four-issue story written by Miller and drawn by David Mazzucchelli that first appeared in 1987 on the heels of Miller's seminal work, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. Those tomes, along with The Watchmen, helped elevate the comics medium, changing the public's perception of the art form and influencing Hollywood writers and artists to this day. In Year One, a young Bruce Wayne is first starting out as a costumed vigilante. He creates an early bond with Lieutenant James Gordon, whose importance in the tale makes it as much as Gordon's s

Cartoon Network's ThunderCats WonderCon Trailer

WonderCon became ThunderCon! today with the world premiere of a new trailer for ThunderCats , an all-new animated series from Warner Bros. Animation coming soon to Cartoon Network . Warner Bros. Animation also presented the first-ever fan-convention panel for the new series at WonderCon , featuring producers Michael Jelenic (Batman: The Brave and the Bold) and Ethan Spaulding (Avatar: The Last Airbender), art director Dan Norton and Larry Kenney — who provides the voice of Claudus in the new ThunderCats and was the original Lion-O in the 1980s version. The four talked about the creative vision for the new series and also answered fan questions. Based upon the iconic 1980s action classic, ThunderCats tells the epic tale of Lion-O and his battle against evil in the quest for the fabled Stones of Power. The series is executive produced by Sam Register (Teen Titans, Ben 10, Batman: The Brave and the Bold). Watch the trailer after the Jump.. Please Leave A Comment- Source- TheW

Trailer For ThunderCats Cartoon On Cartoon Network

We've seen still images , we've seen the toys , we've seen the test footage, but here's the first official trailer showing Lion-O and his merry band of Thunderans in action. And a couple of characters we weren't sure were going to make an appearance raise their snarfy heads. Yeah, that looks like Snarf, Prince Lion-O's annoying sidekick, as well as the Thunderkittens, WilyKit and WilyKat. But despite the potential for the same syrupy cloyingness they brought to the original animated series, it looks like the 2011 show has some other tricks up its sleeve. Namely, some pretty terrific animation. Watch the trailer after the Jump... Maybe it's the apparent scope of the world, but ThunderCats feels like it has something of an Avatar: The Last Airbender vibe. Which is a very, very good thing. See for yourself. Nathan Fillion Cast As The Green Lantern

He's enjoying mainstream success as the star of ABC's Castle , but Nathan Fillion is still a fanboy favorite — and a fanboy himself. So the Firefly and Dr. Horrible alum totally geeked out when he was offered the voice role of DC Comics superhero Green Lantern in the DVD movie Green Lantern: Emerald Knights , due June 7 from Warner Bros. Animation. Emerald Knights is a series of vignettes about the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic police force. Fillion plays Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Earth's space sector, who mentors Arisia , a new recruit played by Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss . "I was always reading the comic books, I was always a spectator," Fillion says. "Now I feel like I own a little piece of Green Lantern ." And he's getting to share it with an old friend, Ryan Reynolds , who is starring in the Green Lantern feature film, which opens 10 days after the DVD comes out. Both actors got their big breaks together on the ABC sitcom T

Thundercats Animated Series Update

Thundercats Animated Series Update Back in June , one of the biggest stories to hit the site didn't involve a movie starring Ryan Reynolds, Robert Downey Jr., or any characters from the Marvel or DC universes. It was a story about the Thundercats , believe it or not, and their upcoming return to television in a new animated series. When we first brought you the news about the new "Thundercats" animated series debuting on Cartoon Network in 2011, details were scarce. All we we had was a promotional image of Lion-O and the promise of a "21st century reimagining" of the classic '80s cartoon. That's why I made sure to pick the brain of " Thundercats " producer Michael Jelenic when he dropped by Splash Page HQ during New York Comic Con last month. "It's funny because I've been working on a lot of Batman cartoons the last couple years, and I tell people I have a new Batman cartoon coming out and they're like, 'Cool...'

Superman/Batman: Apocalypse DVD Review By: Jason Albrecht

Superman/Batman: Apocalypse DVD Review By: Jason Albrecht Picking up where Superman/Batman: Public Enemies (SB:PE) left off, SB:A is much more interesting then it’s predecessor SB:PE . Unlike in SB:PE, the heroes actually face forces that put them in peril. It’s fun! Lots of action! Some great choreographed fight scenes! Some kick down brawls that leave devastation in their wake!! The voice acting is almost spot on. The Trinity of DC heroes are voiced by veterans of the characters: Kevin Conroy reprises his role as the Dark Knight like he did so well throughout Batman The Animated Series (B:TAS) and Justice League incarnations. Tim Daly is back as Superman as he was during Superman the Animated Series (S:TAS). Susan Eisenberg is Wonder Woman as she was during Justice League and JLU! You also have Summer Glau as Kara/Supergirl and Ed Asner as Granny Goodness (which he nails every time he plays her!). Where they failed (and it really disappointed me) in the casting was Darkseid
