Tom Hiddleston as country music legend Hank Williams is a pretty enticing proposition. The Brit takes on the iconic role in Marc Abraham’s “ I Saw the Light ,” which is set for a world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this week. Hiddleston debuted the first clip from the film himself via Twitter. It features Williams at a 1947 recording session of “Move It on Over” before transitioning to life at home with wife Audrey Mae ( Elizabeth Olsen , who I hear is also exceptional in the film). Abraham is best known for his work as a producer on films such as “Bring It On,” “Spy Game” and “The Last Exorcism.” He’s seven years removed from his directorial debut, “Flash of Genius,” another biopic.
