JASON MOMOA " There Will Be A Sequel To Conan The Barbarian"

HERE’S THE SECOND PART OF OUR CONAN QUESTIONS VIDEO FROM BLOGGERS, WITH NEW REVELATIONS HIGHLIGHTED BELOW. CONAN FAN QUESTIONS - PART 2 ( JASON MOMOA ) JASON MOMOA ANSWERS QUESTIONS FROM BLOG WRITERS AND READERS ABOUT THE UPCOMING FILM CONAN THE BARBARIAN . What was your favourite scene or moment in the movie to film? What I trained the hardest for was this charge that we did. I fought twenty guys and then I went lopping off heads. It’s the first fight that you see of Conan. He’s coming in and he’s saving these slave girls. It’s obviously just a bunch of naked women getting whipped by guys. And I come in and save the day and take them to the nearest pub. How did you train for the role? We had about four to six weeks to get ready. It was tons of weight training and cardio. Because we had to put mass on very quickly it was a lot of heavy weights and a pretty strict diet. Watch the entire video after the Jump... What does director Marcus Nispel bring to the film?

Terra Nova Comic-Con Roundup

After more than a year of anticipation, Fox’s Terra Nova made its Comic-Con debut Saturday. Fans were treated to dinosaurs big and small as well as visual effects and technology that made the iPad look archaic. Missing from the display for the drama described as Avatar meets Jurassic Park was the Tyrannosaurus Rex. According to the action-adventure series' producers, the T-Rex won’t be seen, at least during the show's first season. With Steven Spielberg among the executive producers involved, the Jurassic Park director asked executive producers Brannon Braga and Rene Echevarria to avoid using dinosaurs that would appear too familiar. “ He’s asked us never to repeat anything that he’s done,” “[Spielberg has said], ‘Please no T-rex in the first season,’ ” Braga told THR. “He’s just so identifiable from Jurassic Park. It was not a limitation in any way, shape or form. In fact, some of the dinosaurs we’re designing we are creating on our own.” The creative team has be

Charlie’s Angels Comic-Con Panel Round Up

Cast members Annie Honzeh, Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor, Ramon Rodriguez and executive producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar took the stage of the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton Bayfront Saturday as part of Comic-Con to give the audience all the details about what makes this reboot different from the others and why you should give them a chance this fall. Here are 7 highlights you should know before tuning in: 1. The show almost didn’t get made. When Sony originally approach Alfred Gough and Miles Millar with the idea to re-make Charlie’s Angels, they said ‘No.’ After creating and working on Smallville for 10 years which rebooted the Superman storyline, Gough says they were “not ready to touch that pop culture third rail again.” So what convinced the executive producers? Their wives told them they shouldn’t do it. 2. There are four angels in this reincarnation. Cast members and showruners referred to Rodriguez’s Bosley as the 4th angel multiple times throughout the panel. Bosl

Castle Comic-Con Panel Round Up

Nathan Fillion and several members of the cast from ABC's Castle blew the roof off Comic-Con early Sunday afternoon. Following in line with last year's panel when the first scene of the Season 3 premiere was shown, a glimpse of the opening from the upcoming season was screened for the crowd. The big question that was left after the finale (and with Stana Katic notably absent from the panel) was: Is Kate Beckett actually dead? "I know, I know. It hurts right here," Fillion said of Beckett's unknown state, placing his hand near his heart. "It was very emotional the whole day," actress Tamala Jones said of Season 4's opening scene. "My friend is dying and I'm trying to help save her. ... The whole outcome is really going to be more epic than the season finale, I think." "Everyone had blood on their hands and we had to sit there ... I couldn't fix my hair," Fillion joked about filming that particular scene, with both

Captain America Movie Review By: Joe D

Captain America Movie Review  By: Joe D Joe here! I’m standing in for the Sandwich while he’s off at Comic Con. This past Wednesday I had the grand joy of getting to see “ Captain America: The First Avenger ”! I’ll be honest. While a comic book geek, I know mostly just-below-the-surface information of the Character of Captain America. It’s not a book I read regularly. Of all the versions of Cap out there, my favorite is the “ Ultimates ” Cap, with 616 Cap taking second place. It does appear that the Marvel line of movies is integrating some of the “Ultimates” feel while holding onto its four-color roots… which I’m all for. If you’re a fan of Cap, then I can’t really give too much of the story away for this flick, you already know it. This flick is basically an origin and introduction movie… as all the movies introducing the Avengers have been. A welcome surprise was the beginning of the movie, it starts in present day.. After a quick, small glimpse of some red, white, and blue,
