Baby, You Make Me Wish I Had Three Hands Columbia Pictures’ Total Recall reboot appears headed to Toronto for a late March 2011 shoot. The modern remake of the 1990 Arnold Schwarzennegar -starring sci-fi flick looks set to shoot in the city’s giant Pinewood Toronto Studios, the Toronto Star newspaper reported Thursday. The booking follows Pinewood’s North American beach-head receiving a $34.5 million loan from the Ontario government to lure big budget movie and TV shoots to the city. Len Wiseman  (Underworld series) will direct Total Recall based on a script by Kurt Wimmer, with Neal H. Moritz producing through his Original Film banner. The project, based on the Philip K. Dick story, portrays a man haunted by a recurring dream of rocketing to Mars. Total Recall is just the big budget Hollywood shoot that Ontario has been looking to draw to the city. There Are Some Surprises With the year coming close to the end we thought we would wrap up the Top Ten films of 2010 . The list ranges from A toy in a box to sexy vampires, a boy wizard, a green ogre and even a titan if you can believe that.  I was surprised to see some of the box office totals for these film. Madden Curse To Be Made Into A Movie NFL The Wrap has learned that Electronic Arts is developing " Madden Curse ," a sports comedy that incorporates the infamous jinx, believed to strike NFL players who appear on the cover of EA's popular " Madden " video game with injury or poor performance. The story will follow a former Madden video game champion who is forced out of retirement just as he finds himself on the corner of the game's cover -- and subject to the curse. Pat O'Brien, VP of EA Entertainment, is spearheading the project as one of its producers. O'Brien wasn't immediately available for comment on Monday, but an individual at Electronic Arts confirmed that the company is developing a movie about the so-called curse.  "I don't know that we believe in the curse. "Pump-gun Ronnie" Making His Way To The USA Sony has bought the English-language remake rights to Austrian helmer Benjamin Heisenberg's " The Robber ." Based on author Martin Prinz's source tome, " Der Rauber " tells the real-life story of marathon runner Johann Rettenberger, known as " Pump-gun Ronnie ," who made a hobby of robbing banks. The Austrian-German thriller, which unspooled in competition at this year's Berlin Film Festival, had its German bow in March. This time last year, Sony and Scott Rudin snapped up remake rights to Swedish-language hit "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo." The David Fincher-helmed adaptation is currently lensing in Sweden. Pee-wee To Make His Return Home On Tuesday HBO said it would shoot the Broadway production of “The Pee-wee Herman Show,” which stars Paul Reubens as that impish man-child of its title, for a special to be shown next year. Pee-wee historians – and you know who you are – may recall that HBO previously broadcast a “Pee-wee Herman Show” special in 1981, taped at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles. That show, which Mr. Reubens and his colleagues at the Groundlings comedy theater began performing in 1980, would go on to form the basis of the “Pee-wee Herman Show” currently being presented at the Stephen Sondheim Theater on Broadway. HBO said it would tape its new “Pee-wee” special immediately after the show’s Broadway run ends on Jan. 2; a broadcast date wasn’t announced.
