NBC is having a hell of a year with their new show, Southland Getting Canceled even before it airs this year. First off I am biased because I love Vince Vaughn, the man adds a certain flare to all of his characters that pulls me in. Having said that, he takes a mediocre movie and brings it up a notch. Hugh Jackman Talks Wolverine 2 Hugh Jackman sat down with Katie Couric to do an interview and she let him know that she was not a big fan of the Wolverine movies. Which set off a bunch of laugh between the two of them. He let her know that he is not doing it for the money, and that he has more then he needs. He let her know what drew him to the movie was reading the comic books of Wolverine- “The whole time from when I began, the one story line that I went and said, ‘That’s a movie!’ while I was reading the comic books, was this whole saga in Japan… It’s really beautiful, different and fantastic. Gary Ross To Write And Direct "Venom" Movie Looks like the first report of the writers of Zombieland were going to write the script for the new Venom movie, were way off base. Here is some news about the ongoing development of Venom. The relationship between Columbia Pictures and Gary Ross that began with his rewrite on “Spider-Man 4” is taking a “Venom”- ous turn. I am hearing that the studio is in talks with Ross to helm the Spidey - spinoff “Venom,” and rewrite the script. Ross will begin writing the script as soon as he completes the “Spider-Man” film. While Venom showed up in the last Spidey installment, the intention is to start from scratch. Topher Grace played him in the last picture but the role will likely be recast.
