We got some exciting news about an event that will be leading up to Comic-Con 2012 . I have been attending Comic-Con for the past 4 years and it is an event not to be missed. This is pretty creative and a worthy cause. As alot of you know I justd finished running my first 1/2 marathon this month and looks like I might need to field a team for this event. Don’t expect the Avengers to reassemble in Hall H at Comic-Con International in July. The official word from Marvel Studios is that their team will sit out the Hollywood previews in the 6,000-seat hall, where fans, bloggers and journalists from around the world come to see filmmakers and stars introduce and promote their upcoming spectacle movies. Last year, Marvel delivered a thunderclap moment by lining up the cast of “ The Avengers ” on stage — it was a surprise parade of stars that included Robert Downey Jr., Samuel L. G4 got the first look at the exclusives that Mattel will be offing this year. * Masters of the Universe Classics Skeletor and Mo-Larr from the Robot Chicken sketch – we saw this set at Mattel’s collector event at Toy Fair. Skeletor is missing a tooth, like he is at the end of the sketch. * Masters of the Universe Classics Orko – comes with a Prince Adam “accessory.” Adam, a fully-articulated figure, was positioned in the package sideways below Orko, obscured partially by standard packaging. When you dip Orko in hot water, he turns transparent and “disappears.” When you dip his spellbook in hot water, the SDCC logo appears. Levi would like to see "The birth of a superhero, you know," he admitted when he sat down for an interview with Televisionary (aka Jace) just after production had started last fall. In the just-released video interview, Levi offered his thoughts about our favorite bumbling spy, who may not be quite as bumbling now that his brain has been upgraded with the Intersect 2.0 giving him mad physical spy skills to go with his ability to flash on the government secrets installed in his head. "I think as he starts to get more of a handle on the Intersect and all that stuff, and just trains in the everyday stuff," said Levi, "he's going to become what fate had always meant for him to become, which was the best spy in the world." NBC's Chuck A Threat To Fox's House? No amount of apples will keep the doctor away from the Chuck premiere. Fox has moved up the date for the next original episode of House to Jan. 11, a Fox spokeswoman confirmed. The move pits the hit drama against the season premiere of NBC's underdog Chuck, announced last month. It also comes two days after NBC announced its midseason schedule. House previously was scheduled to return to the Fox lineup Jan. 25 in the Mondays at 8 p.m. time slot. The second half of the two-night, four-hour 24 premiere is still scheduled for Monday Jan. 18. House originals will resume on Jan. 25. CBS has been winning Mondays with its comedy block and CSI: Miami and has not announced any changes to that schedule in midseason. Since Dancing With the Stars ended, ABC has been filling the 8-10 block with holiday specials, Find My Family reality show and then Castle has been running at 10.
