But the Apatow-produced, female-driven comedy Bridesmaids is on track to pass Knocked Up on Wednesday night as the highest-grossing domestic movie of Apatow's career. That’s not all. Projections show that by Sunday or Monday, Universal's Bridesmaids -- directed by Paul Feig -- will supplant Sex and the City as the top R-rated female comedy of all time domestically. Through Tuesday, Bridesmaids ' North America gross was $148.1 million, just behind Knocked Up , which cumed $148.8 million in 2007, and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby , which earned $148.2 million domestically in 2006. Bridesmaids Movie Review By: SandwichJohn Gotta start with this first, the title is misleading. When most guys read the title they think chick flick. Fellas you are truly mistaken. This movie is indeed made for men and women to enjoy and laugh their ass off. So if you want to earn some points with the lady then offer to take her to see the movie, and I all most guarantee you'll like it more then her. Universal Pictures has announced that  Megan Fox is in negotiations to join Judd Apatow's untitled comedy. Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann will star in the original story featuring characters created by Rudd and Mann in Knocked Up . Universal's Vice President of Production, Erik Baiers will oversee the project for the studio. Judd Apatow To Produce A Pee-Wee Herman Film Judd Apatow is developing an untitled Pee-wee Herman feature for Universal that Paul Reubens is writing with thesp-scribe Paul Rust ("Inglourious Basterds," "I Love You, Beth Cooper"). Apatow will produce through his Apatow Prods. banner, though he will not helm the project. Pic is described as featuring the iconic geek -- known for his love of toys and nerdy catchphrases like "I know you are, but what am I?" -- in a road pic built around "a gigantic adventure."
