No CGI For Ruffalo In Upcoming Avengers Film In the two Incredible Hulk movies of the past decade, stars Edward Norton and Eric Bana played Bruce Banner but let the effects crew worry about the big green guy. In Marvel's upcoming The Avengers, though, Mark Ruffalo will actually play the Hulk: "I'm really excited. No one's ever played the Hulk exactly, they've always done CGI,"  "They're going to do the Avatar stop-action, stop-motion capture.  So I'll actually play the Hulk. That'll be fun." Black Widow Not Only Other Female Lead In Upcoming Avengers Film Joss Whedon , director of Marvel's most anticipated film The Avengers, shares a few of his plans for the superhero-ensemble flick with The Sunday Herald-Sun. Not only discussing if there were any specific story arcs from the comics used for the film, but Whedon also sheds light on Black Widow , who Scarlett Johansson introduced in Iron Man 2, and whether or not she'll be the only female assembling next summer. Clark Gregg To Appear As Agent Coulson In Two Up Coming Marvel Films Clark Gregg is crossing paths with another Marvel superhero. A regular on CBS' sitcom "The New Adventures of Old Christine," Gregg will reprise his role from "Iron Man" as Agent Coulson in "Thor." The character is the latest to appear in multiple Marvel productions as the comicbook company's film division preps for the eventual production of "The Avengers," which unites Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Captain America and Thor in one pic. Marvel has been keen on brokering deals with actors to make sure auds will recognize characters when they crossover and appear in its other films. Gregg's Agent Coulson also will return in the upcoming "Iron Man 2." Thor," which Kenneth Branagh is helming now, stars Chris Hemsworth as the hammer-wielding Norse god, as well as Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Stellen Skarsgard and Kat
