Black Widow Not Only Other Female Lead In Upcoming Avengers Film

Joss Whedon, director of Marvel's most anticipated film The Avengers, shares a few of his plans for the superhero-ensemble flick with The Sunday Herald-Sun. Not only discussing if there were any specific story arcs from the comics used for the film, but Whedon also sheds light on Black Widow, who Scarlett Johansson introduced in Iron Man 2, and whether or not she'll be the only female assembling next summer.

"It is true that the movie is only going to have one female avenger", But she will not be the only female character". With speculation swirling around that Marvel Studios may be considering British actress Alice Eve for a minor villain role, affirms that Johansson's Black Widow won't be the only female in the film.

On the film's storyline, Whedon says, "It will be a new story that has many things from different arcs of the comics in it. There is no one Avengers story that you can just do the way that you can do the origin of Spider-Man. You really have to cull from the original and The Ultimates, which is one of The Avengers titles."

So there you have it, The Avengers stars Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark/Iron Man), Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Captain America) Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Incredible Hulk), and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) assembling in theaters May 4, 2012.

Pity the didn't have Vision, Scarlet Witch, Wasp and Giant Man. I think Hawkeye and Black Widow are going to be weak charactesr in this lineup!

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
