BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Jurassic World Sequel Has Found It's Director

The Impossible's Juan Antonio Bayona has now been confirmed as directing the Jurassic World sequel . Bayona was welcomed to the project by Colin Trevorrow and producer Frank Marshall via Twitter. Trevorrow, who co-wrote and directed the latest outing for the Jurassic Park franchise which became a billion-dollar hit last year, opted not to sit in the director's chair again, preferring to make The Book Of Henry and prepare for an even bigger gig shooting Star Wars: Episode IX . But he's been involved with developing the new World, writing the script alongside regular collaborator Derek Connolly (who worked with him on the first). Bayona inherits stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt for a film that will, if all that has been said about it so far is to be believed, will expand the scope to see even more dino action in places beyond Isla Nublar. He'll be charged with getting this one ready for a June 8, 2018 release. Please Leave A Comment- Source- Empir

#StarWarsSmugglersBounty Review: March 2016

Even in an off month, The Star Wars/Funko Smuggler's Bounty sub box is never dull. Review by Matt Cummings As the nature of geek boxes continues to pan out as we expected - with whipsaw efforts from now-lesser boxes - Star Wars and Marvel Collector Corps continue their unequalled dominance. This is more true when you look at March's Star Wars box. Although there's no new movie out - and none planned until December's Rogue One - the box is far superior to those by Geek Fuel and Loot Crate (which we've now cancelled). With this month's theme as CANTINA, we see SB giving us a nice collection of items with only one item failing to connect. Before diving in, let's review the details: The cost for a Month to Month is $25 (plus S/H), or $150 (plus S/H) for a one-year subscription. You get one box every other month, with SB promising $50 in value and no fluff. If you choose the Smuggler membership (yearly), you are promised an additional gift on y

#GeekFuel Review: March 2016

March's Geek Fuel sets its sights high and mostly achieves them. Mostly. Review by Matt Cummings As the dead of winter gives way a breath of fresh spring air, we couldn't help but wonder why the same love didn't happen for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice . Hoping the superhero team up would lead to big bankrolls, Geek Fuel and other subscription boxes hopped onboard. But just like them movie, March's box achieves only some of its goals. Before diving in, let's review the details: The cost for a Month to Month is $17.90, $16.90/month for a 3-month subscription, $15.90/month for a 6-month tour and just $13.90/month for a one-year subscription. Shipping $6.00 to the US, Canada, and at least a few other countries. We use QUALITY and TIMING to base our reviews, so let's see how this box stands up. As always, we'll end our review with some additional thoughts after the unboxing: Winners For sure, the superhero t-shirt ios legit. Th

Movie Review: 'Criminal'

Criminal is an ugly, weird, psychotic flick that wastes too many of its esteemed assets. Review by Matt Cummings WARNING: Major spoilers ahead. There's not much that the spy thriller Criminal gets right, and that's too bad because its fascinating premise and great cast are outshined by a shoddy script, marginal execution, and the sense that some studio head pushed this project into the wrong direction. The violent world of spy craft has taken another soldier, this time in murdered CIA operative Bill Pope (Ryan Reynolds). But his sacrifice yields an interesting by-product: he was on his way to pick up the launch codes for the entire American defense network, which was stolen by a shadowy character named The Dutchman (Michael Pitt). The bag's disappearance and location of The Dutchman have also spurred interest by other parties, including the psychotic anarchist Heimdahl (Jordi Molla), who desires to sell the laptop to the highest bidder in the hopes of e
