OPEN ROAD FILMS ACQUIRES “ MOTHER’S DAY ” FOR APRIL 29, 2016 U.S. RELEASE GARRY MARSHALL WILL DIRECT ALL-STAR CAST FEATURING JULIA ROBERTS, JENNIFER ANISTON, KATE HUDSON AND JASON SUDEIKIS AND MORE  Open Road Films has acquired all U.S. distribution rights to the romantic comedy MOTHER’S DAY, to be directed by Garry Marshall and produced by Wayne Rice and Gulfstream Pictures’ Mike Karz. The film will star Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis , with other cast expected to be announced in the coming weeks. The script was written by Anya Kochoff-Romano and Lily Hollander, Matt Walker and Tom Hines. The film will shoot in Atlanta in August. Open Road Films will release MOTHER’S DAY wide on April 29, 2016.
