 A Haunted House Blu-ray Review By: MattInRC The Wayans Brothers's A Haunted House Blu-ray release is one of the worst of the year, sporting a below-average video transfer, an average DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround track, and a single supplement that shouldn't have been a candidate in the first place. But it's the completely unoriginal film that suffers here, reducing the experience to nothing more than mind-numbing fare and making this release a definite skip. A parody of the found-footage horror films, A Haunted House is neither funny nor redeeming as even a rental. I won't belabor the point much longer, but disappointments from 2012 such as Battleship, Cloud Atlas, and John Carter look like amazing cinematic efforts as compared to A Haunted House. At least those films attempted to pair stories with good actors before being shunned by the general public.
