Although it's well over a year since the deal for further Terminator films was announced, it's taken this long for the contract between Annapurna Productions and Pacificorp to be signed and sealed. With all the necessary bits dotted and crossed however, Terminator 5 , in whatever form it takes, can finally move forward. And the first step on the road is new producer David Ellison. Well, that didn't take too long: mere weeks after the search for someone to play Harry Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hit the news radars, director Marc Webb has announced his choice of Dane DeHaan . Most readers will probably recognise the actor as Andrew, the troubled, telekinetic teen who causes so many problems in Chronicle . But he’s also been seen this year in the likes of Lawles s and, briefly, Lincoln . He’s a great choice for the role, especially given his work on Chronicle , and the intensity/humanity he brought to the role. Harry, of course, is the son of Norman Osborn and who becomes a friend to Peter Parker ( Andrew Garfield ). But we all know that things go decidedly sour down the road. Moody and gritty seem so far to be the watchwords for Zack Snyder and Warner Bros.’ new take on Superman in Man Of Steel . Taken from the teaser, it shows Henry Cavill’s Supes in handcuffs being marched down a hallway by soldiers. Obviously we figure Big Red is letting himself be captured in this way – that, or those manacles are somehow fashioned from Kryptonite. Whatever it is, we’ll find out in due course. It’s an intriguing image, blurry and stylish, though somewhat of an odd choice for a teaser.
