I finally got the chance to interview Casey Bond . Your wondering who is that?  Trust me after the movie  Money Ball comes out this year, he will be a house hold name. This has been one of the interviews I wanted to set up, but with Casey busy schedule being a Hollywood newcomer, it was pretty difficult. Columbia Pictures’ The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo , has delivered these 18 character profiles, giving an insight to the characters from the upcoming film and the actors or actress that will be playing them. The film stars Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander, Daniel Craig, Stellan Skarsgård, Embeth Davidtz, Robin Wright, Christopher Plummer, Joely Richardson, Goran Visnjic and Julian Sands . The film is the second film based on the Swedish novel of the same name by Stieg Larsson. The first film was the 2009 Swedish-language adaptation. The upcoming film is written by Steven Zaillian and directed by David Fincher. The film is scheduled to be released on December 21, 2011. Brad Pitt is negotiations to star in The Gray Man , a New Regency action project being directed by James Gray. The script, by Adam Cozad, was on the 2010 Black List, which ranks the best unproduced script in Hollywood. If a deal is made, Pitt will play a CIA operative-turned-assassin targeted for elimination, forcing him to elude teams of killers while trying to save the lives of the daughters who don't know he exists. Plan B's Dede Gardner will produce along with Stephen Garrett of Shine. Pitt, repped by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners, will next be seen in Moneyball , which premieres at the Toronto Film Festival and is shooting World War Z for Paramount. Wesley Snipes won't let a little thing like prison stop his career. He's still got moves to make, and one of them includes the infamous Daywalker, aka Blade . Even though Snipes is behind bars, he's staying positive and looking toward the future. He claims to have several projects on the horizon and recently opened up about the possibility of doing another Blade . When asked about reprising the role, Snipes said, "It would be nice to fulfill some of the really cool plans we had for Blade but didn't get the chance to go live with. Under the right circumstances, with the right team, yes, I'd do another one. But don't get me wrong, I'm not waiting around for the opportunity. I've got plenty to do, plus an unraveled character in the works who I think will give Blade a helluva run for his money." A highlight of day 3 at Empire Presents... Big Screen came in the adventuresome shape of The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn clips. Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg recorded a special message, reminiscing together about their first ever meeting: yup, on stage at the Oscars. As you do. Spielberg elaborated on the origins of their partnership: “When I’d finally got a [Tintin] story I was happy with, and the beginnings of a script, I wanted a feasibility study to see if I should do the movie in live action. I need a CG Snowy for this so I went to Peter’s company, Weta Digital.” Jackson took up the tale, explaining how he’d asked Weta's team to rustle up a Captain Haddock costume, before donning the threads himself and acting out some scenes on the Weta back-lot. “I couldn’t think of anyone better to play Captain Haddock than me," laughed the director. It’s finally time to re-open the diary: Bridget Jones is returning to the big screen. EW has confirmed exclusively that Working Title Films, the production company responsible for the first movie released in 2001 and the second one dubbed The Edge of Reason in 2004, is moving ahead with a third installment. Based at Universal, Working Title has been mulling a sequel since 2009. No other details were available, but last year, Bridget costar Colin Firth , who plays lovable Mark Darcy, has some details about a possible plot “I can tell you that Bridget and Mark can’t have children, I think that’s the way it goes on,” Firth told Karger, who was reporting for Access Hollywood. “So then she makes the huge mistake of going back to Daniel Cleaver [Hugh Grant's character] for long enough to get pregnant. Are you ready for another Austin Powers movie? I sure am not. Yeah the first two movies were funny but over played.   Mike Myers has had a pretty bad streak lately, Love Guru need I say more.   Shrek has been movie in the bank for him and small part in Quentin Tarantino's " Inglourious Basterds , now Hitfix is reporting that Mike Myers just closed his deal to return to the role. Yep. " Austin Powers 4 " is coming, officially. No word yet on who will be directing. I would hope Jay Roach returns as well, since I think a lot of the kick of the films is the '60s pop aesthetic, and Roach has been a big part of that since day one. Tom Cruise may find his latest leading lady this weekend. One Shot centers on a Jack Reacher, an ex-Army cop who gets sucked into the mystery surrounding the arrest of a sniperaccused of killing five random people in a shooting. The female role is that of tough lawyer and daughter of the discrict attorney. Cruise is gearing up to make One Shot , a Paramount-Skydance adaptation of a 2005 Lee Child crime thriller. Christopher McQuarrie, who wrote Cruise's Valkyrie movie, penned the script and is directing On Saturday, McQuarrie and the studio were reading at least three actresses for the female lead: Hayley Atwell, Alexa Davalos and Rosamund Pike . Atwell is best known to US audiences as the female lead opposite Chris Evans in Captain America . Davalos last appeared in Clash of the Titans as Andromeda and counts Defiance, The Mist and The Chronicles of Riddick amongst her credits. Johnny Depp is in Europe right now, but really wanted to make The Lone Ranger. According to one insider, "Let's see how it all shakes out on Monday. There's always a chance that it could go. You never know until you know." The deeper story behind this production stoppage is about how movies are costing too much, studios are giving major pushback, and today's backdrop of a crazy economy. Everyone involved is still intent on the project and still in discussions to see what can be done. But the studio's concern is spending over $200M on a Western, even with Gore Verbinski and Johnny Depp and a comedic slant. So clearly Disney took drastic action. Now the studio and filmmakers are trying to figure out the next step, either to shop it elsewhere or put it back together at a later date at a lower budget. DRIVE is one of those films that needs to be seen in theaters and should not be missed. At the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, Drive was lauded with praise and even received a standing ovation.
